  • A collection of Classic TV Rewinds that aired on that cable channel in the late 1990s. All of these were written by Bruce Bernstein (who created the Classic TV Rewind and the tag line "a second look at shows that are always worth a second look"); some were produced by Ed Berenhaus while others were produced by Nancy Kirwan.

You had a fear of the unknown. Not in a religious sense but you probably were to young to know mistakes happen even to producers and actors and didn't know why shadows appear. I know because I'm the same way. That painting of the farmer haunted me because it was under an unflattering word in the dictionary. I didn't know why it described it so I wouldn't look at it. Also to your credit, the narrator voice is off

My favorite classic tv rewind was on the Mary Tyler Moore show when Mary and Bess were out shopping. Plus these commercials use to scare the dickens out of me as a kid

It's amazing how you come to appreciate this now after all these years.
Back when I was a kid, it was either one of two ways. I'd get to stay up a few hours later and watch a few TV shows with my dad....or I'd occasionally get in trouble for staying up too late watching TV.

    3:10- Holiday Playtime- King Palmer
3:41- Hit and Run- Ralph Dollimore
    4:14 Hackney Carriage- King Palmer
4:45 March of the Ants- Sydney Crooke
So much Associated Production Music used during these commercials (probably because they are royalty free). Today most people know these well-known tunes as Ren and Stimpy or SpongeBob Production Music.

0:39 Look between Lucy and Ethel. It's James Rolfe (The Angry Video Game Nerd), even posing in the band stand in his typical nerdy button-down shirt. He forgot the pocket pouch, though.

Never mind the mannequin in the phone booth, upon repeated viewing you'll see Larry Hagman's toupee come unglued.
