    Birthright citizenship was meant for the offspring of black slaves in the U.S., which was why the 14th Amendment was ratified in 1868. It's wasn't meant to be abused by illegal immigrants and corrupt politicians, or for foreigners that weren't slaves in the U.S.. Every right black Americans fought and won was given more to other groups and not to black Americans of who theses hard fought gains were meant for.. Reparations is owed.
