We have 6 Tulsi plants out of which 3 of them used for medicinal purposes. Whenever I catch cold my grandma always gives me tulsi leaves and honey and trust me my teeth didn't turn black. And i consume the tulsi leaves from the prasad too, so it's safe to chew Tulsi leaves. But otherwise this video was very informational

Yes you can easily grow sweet basil . Just sprinkle few seeds on soil and add thin layer of soil on top . I grew them 2 weeks ago in clay soil with a little cocopeat and now they are about an inch tall.
