That s nowhere near early release Dendro Slime, they have stupidly wide area aggro, like u wont be near them, but u somehow trigger their aggro, the annoying part is u can only proceed quest when no monster target you, So u need to run around the area to find this mfker hiding and avoiding you, OR tuned down the graphic serting into minimum so u can spot em much easier.
Genshin - You play for story, polished aesthetics, scenery, music, limited time event cutscenes and presentation. ToF - You play for Combat, Traversal, longer daily/weekly quests, shit loads of overworld activities, multiplayer matching challenges.... AND END GAME CONTENT. These two games are two sides of the same coin, the other has what the other side lacks, when together makes a perfect game.

In ToF, not only are they also adding to the map. they added like 5 different game modes and 2 additional PvP modes. ToF also has better pity system, you get way more rolls, characters actually make it into standard banner after around 6 months, and they have much better character mobility. The only advantages of Genshin are maybe slightly better aesthetic, less noticeable bugs and more versatility of team combinations due to elemental reactions. It has remained essentially a single player game with co-op so limited that it is practically pointless outside of the hide and seek event. For 2 years people were asking for more involved co-op, more spiral abyss, community features (guilds), and finally this year they confirmed they are not doing anything. Instead they add a card game...come on.
Movement is alright until you realize those slips like at the end of the clip are everywhere in the game that double jump is useless unless you fully go over an obstacle
ToF has better movement but genshin has better story and combat, overall they have strengths and weaknesses, still think genshin is better than ToF though, not by a large Margin though
I mean, genshin exploration it depends, sayu makes it really fast and is a 4*, and same with kirara, in 4.0 we are getting a free lynnette which has a fast dash, you can literally fly with wanderer, and you can dash really fast with yelan, and ayaka and mona dashes even allow you to run above water.

They need to make like a more immersed badass game like these without like a whole cutscene for some attacks and if they made it to were you can actually fly around that would be awesome

Im 41 in TOF and 59 in genshin but when it comes to story genshin wins fun events, music , places and uniqu character's art while TOF for me I've got bored and the music is nah the characters are good tho and skills not to for get the gadget's are awesome but story wise is i need on the game specially im from Brave frontier player. So i stop playing now in TOF.
I played both, i put ToF for now due to the low sound effect quality and i had enough of the effortless weapon sound effect. Aside from that, i love that game. Currently desperate to build Navia in genshin 😂

Whenever I play ToF, I always say that I miss the diversity of movements and attack animations. But that's all I like about ToF honestly. I play mainly for story, and ToF's story pacing is meh, I usually don't understand what is happening and some cutscenes go by so fast that I'm like "Oh, its over? What happened". Love the themepark & underwater music on TH-cam though! Overall, Genshin feels so much smoother to play, and the main story is better to me, though movements are limited or "more realistic" i guess, with no double jumps or spinning while jumping.
I was an open beta player back then, and TOF's movements were so...clunky back then, making travelling in TOF a lot more annoying esp I played on mobile. Idk how is it now, but I have seen people saying the underwater exploration isn't satisfactory. Still, I do love the mounts, but mounts means you can travel faster, and more complete terrain should present to offer a kick of challenge. I feel that TOF's map is larger than Genshin, and I never played this game anymore bc TOF shut my phone down when Genshin never did that in my 2+ years. ToF did that on its 3rd official day.
both are online game, and all the progression are saved in the cloud. you can uninstall genshin and try tof for a week, if its not up to your taste you can uninstall it and reinstall genshin back
