Brad was loved by the fans. He was over more than people give him credit for. When you look back and watch Brad he is one hell of a good worker. Shame we are losing our hero’s. The Armstrong family 👍
One of my earliest memories of watching Georgia Championship Wrestling on TBS was the “Mr. R” angle with Tommy Rich, Ted Dibiase and Brad Armstrong, where Brad Armstrong (working under a mask as Mr. R) won the National Heavyweight title from Ted Dibiase. I was in the Northeast and raised on the WWF product and could only follow the NWA in magazines. Once TBS was available in the Philadelphia area, I became mesmerized by the NWA product as it appeared to be more realistic and athletic-based. Brad Armstrong was one of those wrestlers who exemplified athleticism in pro wrestling. When you watched Brad Armstrong in the ring, you knew you were seeing an athlete. Everything he did was smooth, crisp and executed to perfection. He had a great physique and was so fluid in the ring. His dropkicks were a thing of beauty. Sadly, he died way too soon, and never seemed to really break through to that next level that was commensurate with his incredible talent. RIP Brad Armstrong. One of the greats.
thanks for sharing Scott! We appreciate your families dedication to the business. I know it is hard to talk about your brother but he was loved as a performer
Whenever shoot interviewers ask _'funniest guy in the locker room'_ it's invariably answered with _'Brad Armstrong'_ ... he was also one of the smoothest in ring technicians up there with Bobby Eaton, Bret Hart etc. RIP 🙏
4:06 Brad I saw wrestle on GCW for the first time he was 18 or 19 yrs old. He and Bob won the Tag Team Championship and the angle was he was the youngest one half of the Tag Team Championship ever to hold the belt at the time. A severely underrated wrestler one of the best hands in the business probably top 10 wrestlers at the time as far as execution of moves really him and Barry Windam the best at the time. Brads arm drag take down unreal go back and watch how deep he goes in the execution of it... perfect is the word that comes to mind. A great guy and a huge loss to his family and the business. RIP Brad

Best standing dropkick of all time. Incredible elevation.
Jim Brunzell too
Brad will always be the most underrated wrestler in history, in my opinion. So much talent.
Brad Armstrong is like Owen Hart and Bobby Eaton. Great wrestlers, better human beings, never a bad word to say about them.

I'm with Arn Anderson when it comes to Brad Armstrong. He was one of the 5 greatest workers of all time in any territory. He was great.
BA was the greatest babyface of all time!
I wouldn’t say that
We miss him to Scott.
If I were a professional wrestler I would definitely want Brads skill set.He was amazing.

King of the Russian leg sweep. He was a perfect face.
A Tom/Brad tag team could have been huge. As a heel or face team it wouldn’t have mattered.
What a talent
This is sweet
