Its about time that justice be meted out. Can one even understand that even if 100 people deal with this so called kid with mature habits and no care attitude to the law of the land deal with this fellow asifit was their child ? With all respectsto the judges i wish they wpuld think for a moment the torment they would suffer if the victims was their own child. Sometimes i wonder if a jury would give a more balanced and humane view in this case. Sad that there is no jury system in this coubtry. Justice has not only tobe done but has to be seen to have bedn done. CjI Chandrachud, can you take suo moto cognisance of this case in the interest of justice and fair play . This could be a very bad precedent for any other case involving juvenileswho think that justice can evade them.

Media should also reveal the name of the 'respected' judges. They must be put on judicial review and all their judegements must be reviewed.
The names of the judges are revealed in the newspaper. They are two women judges.
If they said that the bail order was already passed and instead of challenging it in the High court the rich brat was arrested again inspite of a standing bail order. The Government pleader could have argued that the bail order in the first instance was void ab initio as it was signed by only one judge of the JJ Board when it was supposed to be passed by two judges. It was no bail order in the eyes of law. And moreover it was passed on a Sunday very hurriedly without any application of mind.
