I try and get out on me bike I usually cycle 15k three times a week .... which helps but when I’m ON I will usually have draggy foot which annoys me til no end ... I missed the morning video. I've just got certified to teach parkinsons . I teach Chair yoga now but wanting to learn more to add to my heal and fitness tools. I've already been incorporating the memory exercise games. Love learning more and more. Thanks for doing this!❤

I just have such an overall body exhaustion, pain, I just don't know how to get gumption to even live let alone excersize. I know I need to. I have regidity, bent over, stiff, feel like an elephant on my chest all time with the anxiety & depression. I don't have health insurance so getting bare minimum with anything to do with my Parkinson's.
