Isn't that truck at 18.42 privately owned by a man who owns a 'trailer/mobile home' park and he goes around once a week collecting all their rubbish with it. Where, or what he does with the stuff I don't know. - Landfill I presume, although I don't know if the truck is licenced for the road which i presume it would have to be.
