1960s Superior desk fan service

A servicing of the Superior desk fan I recently bought . The only thing I had to do was lubricate the bearings, the blade was slightly out of clock but everything was repaired other than the oscillating mechanism not functioning. Any advice and correcting the problem will be appreciated. Enjoy!

This fan would actually be from the late 70s or early 80s
