For Masala
In a bowl, take 2 medium sized fried onion
10 cloves of garlic
Dry grated coconut
Handful of coriander
1 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Maas Vadi Masala (Kali Mirch, laung, dal chini)
1 tsp Chilli Powder
3 tsp roasted sesame seeds
Mix everything well
Add salt to taste
For Coating
Heat 2 tbsp Oil
Add 12 cloves of crushed garlic
Jeera Powder
A pinch of hing
1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 glass of water
Salt to taste
Bring it to a boil and add 1 cup of gram-flour (make sure there are no lumps)
Cover it and steam it for 1-2 minutes
Take a muslin cloth
Wet the cloth and remove pithla in it and knead
Spread the dough evenly and evenly spread the masala on it
Sprinkle coriander and roll it
Cut it into slices shallow fry
For Curry
-Grind the mixture if masala into a paste
In a kadhai, heat 2 tbsp Oil
Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Sprig of Curry Leaves
1 tsp Ghati Masala
Add the masala paste
1/2 tsp Bedgi chilli powder
Add water to it
Add scrapped bits of maas vadi if left
Let it come to a boil and thicken the curry
Add Salt to taste
Serve
