When I was a little girl I would listen to the program. When they were raising money for the praying hands, I sent in a dime. The organization sent me a thank you letter with his signature. I loved him. Always believing something good was going to happen.
My first job was in the ORU cafeteria

I love this man of God. I have always thought of the Methodist as a shy people. My mother started out Wesleyan and she was shy, humble and meek until she gave all of herself to God at my brother's church alter. Then she became as bold as a lion helping the sick, the confused and the bound.
She followed Rev. Oral Roberts ministry until she died. If she prayed for you you would know it. She would smile, sometimes laugh a little when she saw people return to good health. Did she have the Holy Ghost Baptism? Yes. She always told me be careful with that word " Holy". It means without sin. God said BE ye holy. In other words choose to live outside of sin. It may not be a built in condition but it is a command and God will hold you accountable. If you don't live holy your christian life will be crippled, your prayers hindeted, your blessing delayed. She taught us everyday about the Word of God and how to tap into God's power.
