Kyle seems like the best husband ever! I wish I could meet a man with even half the kindness and support he shows you in regards to the horses. My husband made me sell my horses as soon as I gave birth to our first daughter. As it turned out, I definitely should’ve kept the horses and got rid of him. I’ve regretted it ever since.

I did travel nursing 2 yrs in Jackson Wyo. Oh my at 60 and being a southern gal where you just don’t drive it was a learning experience. I did put snow tires on my trailblazer 4WD as the hospital recommended it and we got a discount. Glad all is safe. So excited for Dodger. I love him. New name yet ?
Do thy slip on the ice ? I took my Virginia horse to Wyoming with me and always worried about him falling but he loved the cold. The snow there is super dry so just doesn’t form much ice but it does form as cars mash or horses mash it down and it’s slick.
Such a fun video! I love your new truck ... the color, the size for hauling your horse trailer and horses, and it looks comfy for hauling people too! So many of your videos have shown that you definitely hit the husband jackpot with Kyle. He has such a kind heart and soul and obviously cares and loves you deeply by the way he treats you and cares about your interests enough to join you and help out. The two of you coming outside to work together was just adorable with your "children"/pampered pets! Penelope is too cute with her picky attitude and habits. I grew up on a farm with both farm crops and many types of livestock, including pigs. When people haven't been around pigs very much, they often don't realize just how intelligent pigs actually are compared to other farm livestock. They are a whole different breed, which is why I think people are often drawn to them as pets, similar to dogs. Building fences for hog lots to contain outdoor pigs and huts that will successfully keep those pigs in their place can be tricky, especially if they manage to get out once and learn that the farmer's wife has a very tasty vegetable garden up near the farmhouse! They never forget where the hole in the fence was ... how the gate unlatches or where the garden is! LOL!! Your gorgeous horses all look so happy and healthy with their winter coats fluffing out. I really like your new bale feeding huts ... those are so much nicer, both for the horse's manes and, I think, for aesthetics too! I'm also feeling your impatience for Dodger to get out of quarantine, but also understand the importance for sticking to protocol. Something fun ... I actually had a dream recently about FSE ... but it was about a much larger horse farm ... maybe something exciting and bigger is coming to answer your dreams in 2025!!

So we got a spray-on coating for our truck bed over 20 years ago. The truck has been used hard and is rusting out underneath, back gate is gone, etc., but that coating looks almost brand new and was the best thing we did when we bought the truck. Well worth the money.
@@SA-hf3fu It shuts down for a short period of time. The problem was this blizzard lasted for 3 days with squalls. The snowplows get out no matter what, but it takes some time for everyone to get the sidewalks done. Schools had a delay in our town but outlying smaller towns closed schools as more of their clients are farmers. I don't know a farmer here who doesn't own a plow and have his place all figured out to clear paths to the barns. It's just a lot of extra work and extra hay to keep the livestock warm.
Nothing is more exciting than knowing the horse you raised and sold went to an amazing home where you literally can watch a video and see how happy and well taken care of that they are ❤

I'll admit, when you first got that roan filly as a weanling I wasn't impressed by her, but now that she's maturing I'll admit I'm quite taken by her. She's a lady who has improved with age!
That truck is awesome. I highly recommend having Line x Protective Coating installed in the bed of the truck. We had our ford truck done in 2012 and with all the hauling we do have never even had a chip in the bed. And no slipping Best of luck with your new truck

I started using those expandable flex hoses that drain themselves. I have to run water from the house out to the barn. They are light weight, which helps with my body not being as strong these days. Huge difference.

I live in Michigan too!!! We barely got any snow compared to a couple years ago!! Winter really hit these last few weeks, I’m so happy we got snow even if it’s just a little bit. I hope belle is okay, and has a good winter,

I started using those expandable flex hoses that drain themselves. I have to run water from the house out to the barn. They are light weight, which helps with my body not being as strong these days. Huge difference.
