    I know this is an older video, but I've just finished my first ever hand binding project, a placemat, after this video helped me *get* it.
    Thank you so much, it was hard to understand watching right handed videos, this was great.

    Doug...so cool to see you come through the edges of quilt through te front of the binding and make a reinforcement stitch. what a great idea! thank you

    Great video Doug! I do the tacking stitch in the corner on the back but I never thought about going through to the front. I'll be giving that a try on my next binding.
