Your honesty is refreshing. Makes me relate when I work on confetti heavy big paintings from JGS. When you sit up close for hours you're like "what the frick am I even working on." and then you walk away 5 steps and go "oooooh, that looks splendid." Love the updates Lisette, keep going strong.
I spotted the face right away! That’s the joy of JWall-all the hidden images. I think it looks fabulous Lisette and the huddled masses look perfect. Don’t let it ruin your love of this project ❤❤❤
I appreciate your honesty. I am frustrated with pixelation and try to avoid it. The canvas is great; It’s eery and I never noticed the face until you pointed it out ~ what a surprise. The lady is going to be amazing. I like the tip of working on the boring part first to curb burnout. You are the best in completing very large paintings. I admire you!
Oh wow! That really looks like a face. It's like the face is looking at the lady. You're right about the boring part its because the colors are grayish too. But the right side of the painting has a lot of colors. I can't wait to see that part too!
Hi Lisette! It truly is looking beautifull. I hope you do not run out of drills. I might buy one from The One With The Diamond Art. I do agree with you about the pixelation. The colors are amazing. Sending lots of hugs!🥰🤗💞💞💞
Hello Lisette, this is a stunning piece, although some parts are boring. Keep on going, it will be a gorgeous finish. I bought a HAED pattern from JW that I always wanted to do in cross stitch. But that's going to take forever, so I changed it into DP. It's 120 x 160 cm. I am totally mad, I think, but we will see. You certainly gave me the courage to start this. Keep on doing this beautiful art and let us enjoy what you do in hopefully much more video's. Lots of greetings from Belgium.🤩🤩
Hi Heidi - oehhh that’s a large one. I did a cross stitch conversion HAED JWall - there is an entire playlist about that project in case you’re interested. Good luck with yours.
@@LisetteCraftsandTells Hi Lisette, I've already seen them all. It took me a whole day in your company. No worries, I enjoyed it.😉 I still have to figure out how to start it, because the painting takes the whole surface of my table. And it's doublesided tape, so I have to be carefull. But I'm exited. Can you give me still some helpful tips? You are already an expert.👍👍
I love the hidden face, definitely wouldn’t have been able to say those were people but it wouldn’t keep me from buying this otherwise beautiful painting. I think it’s meant to be faded into the background
I will go for a Josephine Wall some day, but I think I would never choose a round one: not only do I prefer to work with squares, but I also think squares are better for high detailed images. The people in these painting you’re doing could hardly come out any clearer considering both the size of the painting and the fact that is in rounds, I think. This being said, and even though I understand why it bothers you to look at that part of the image, the overall piece is looking amazing already. Great job!
Hi Leonor, I usually agree with the square giving better details, but I really don't think that with this particular piece you'll get better detail with the square one. I have done a square DPD before and I'm actually amazed with the amount of detail I manage to get with this round version. DPD offers this piece in both rounds and squares - the adjust the size of the canvas accordingly in order to make sure that you get the most accurate result. That being said - I do think that I would pick squares again next time. This was just an experiment to see if I like the rounds as well and the answer is YES.
This painting is absolutely gorgeous! I love your channel. I’m not sure if you are aware, but my channel (Beckys Diamond Bling) was removed by YT for a stupid joke. So now I have a new channel.

Yes, it is really weird isn't it, but the reward at the end makes it all worthwhile.

I won't. Even on the original painting it looks a bit blurry..so it just fits with the piece..
Beautiful so far. I love how J Wall hides faces in her artwork.

Hi Lisette, I didn’t see the face in the sky until you pointed it out. I love finding hidden images within Josephine Wall’s paintings. ❤

Absolutely amazing ..tfs

Your up close shot reminds me of a Seurat painting. Excellent progress keep up the great work.
Yes I get that....Thanks so much
Very stunning piece ❤. And I must admit, I couldn't make out the people - I thought it was just a mountain path 😅
Ha Ha Ha - yes, I totally understand that Carina

I see what you mean about the pixilation. But the part you've done looks beautiful!❤
I’m so glad you get it. Thanks for letting me know
I have never found any faces in my Josephine wall dp I did yours is looking great
Thanks so much Tracy - which one(s) did you do?

Yes I agree April

That looks bigger with drills on it LOL
Yes, it really is that BIG
I honestly couldn't see the face in the sky.
Ha Ha Ha....Oh so it isn't that weird that I didn't see it until now...even though I have been working on this piece for months. Hugs

Hi Becky - yes I know and of course I’ve immédiately subscribed to your new Channel - love the name 💕
@LisetteCraftsandTells yay...i think of your detox when I am working on my WIPs.
