It was I couldn't believe the confetti you were sorting 30 colours for a 4x6 square loved it xx
Yes - it was insanity
Wow the amount of Drills 🤣 that was some kitting up Very Brave 😜
But the excitement begins with starting this Diamond painting. Enjoy 😉 .
Have a Good week 🥰
Hi Gwyneth - I've already started and love working on her.
I love how big the symbols are on the stickers!
Yes, that's awesome
She is gorgeous! Can’t wait to see the finished piece.
Hi Annamaria I'm working on her and the first flamingo just revealed itself - it's stunning.
Hi Lisette! Love your organization system. It definitely makes sense to organize them this way. I can’t wait to see your progress🥰🥰
Thanks dear Sylvia
I love the way you think! ‘Let’s put the spaceship with the vehicles’ 😂👍🏻
I’m never going to do a DP with this many colours, that’s for sure! I admire you for being able to do that (and liking the process)! Good luck!
Ha Ha Ha - yes, that's really how my mind works. Makes perfect sense - doesn't it? LOL
Very smart and intuitive way to organize the drills! Thank you! I have my first Josephine Wall in the mail. This saves me a lot of head ache as I haven't done diamond painting before.
Thanks so much - which one have you ordered?
@@LisetteCraftsandTells Forest Friends. I'll do it slowly, as a "colour meditation"... I want to contemplate on the communion of all creatures... It's still in the mail - I look forward to receiving it this month.
I don’t know that one. From which company did you order?
@@LisetteCraftsandTells One with the Diamonds, I hope it's legitimate. Two women operate it from Britain. They don't mail to Continental Europe, but I'm in Canada, and they do serve Canada. Their stock is licensed.
It's called: The One With The Diamond Art.
This is very helpful! I’ve never kitted up by symbols before. I always do in numerical order. This is a very good idea! Thank you for sharing! ❤
Thanks so much - yes, I tend to do things a little differently
You have much more patience than I ! I would just leave the drills in the baggies so I could start right away!😊
That’s also a possibility - but that would slow me down so much. This way I can actually see them right in front of me and after getting used to them I can find them rather quickly
Wow, that’s a lot of symbols that are similar. I would be mixing them up for sure. Good luck Lisette. 😉
Thanks so much Lisa - it will be okay
Nope! No way! Not for me! Lol! You sure do love a challenge. very informative for someone who would like to do an extremely large painting. 78 colors was my largest. Have fun😊
I separated the colours reds yellows etc so I could just them xx
Oh man...those similar symbols would drive me batty. Good luck!!
Ha Ha Ha - I totally understand. Thanks dear Mindy
Wow so many similar symbols and some very difficult. I generally do my paintings the same way. I like these containers, but I agree they take up too much room. I don’t like the little tic tacks boxes, but the bigger ones are ok. For bigger paintings I use the Art Dot draw systems because you can configure them up, down and side wise, but they are round bottles which is not ideal. I may mess with them and see if the square larger tic-tac containers will fit in the draws. That would be awesome i think. Have fun with the new paintings and I hope you enjoy the Josephine Wall journey. Peace and love abide with you 💕
I totally agree that they take up a lot of room - I need the entire dinner table to work on this one....the next one (yes I'm already thinking about that) will need to go in other containers - I like your idea
Fantastic organization Lisette! Have fun! ❤ from 🇨🇦
Thanks so much Susan - I'm already having fun. I've started working on her.
You really inspired me. I have three DPD JWall kits and just told myself I will start one as soon as I finish my current WIP. It should take about 2 weeks to complete and then I’m diving in!! I have the big 420 bottle ArtDot suitcase so I’m good up go! I can’t wait for your updates! I’ll paint along with you❤
Yeaaahhh - that will be so much fun
Very helpful..Thanks for this video. I bought Earth Angel from The One with the Diamond Art, 225 colors poured glue. 100 x 130cm and I wasn't quit sure how to arrange symbols
I'm so glad that you found it helpful Barbara - good luck with Earth Angel
@LisetteCraftsandTells I'm about 3/4 done. But as I have a lot going on it is on pause since last year. But I'll definitely finish it when I feel it's the right time for me as the painting is fabulous. I even want to frame it when it's done ❤😊
ohhh you're almost there!!
Ooo that's brought back memories of soir De vivre I did you inspired me to get it and I loved doing it you finished yours before me it was the kitting down after the excitement of doing it some colours I only had a couple and some I had loads xx
Hi Joyce - yes Joie de Vivre was fun wasn't it?
Very cool organisation 😊. I have a j wall on the go at the moment and organized it by dmc. Next time I think I'll do by colour
Hi Carina - how far along are you and more importantly. - are you enjoying the process?
Wow! It is so interesting to see how many different ways there are to kit up/organize your drills according to what works best for each diamond painter.
I prefer to work in numerical order cut your symbol categorization really makes sense.
Can’t wait to see updates! 😊
Yes, I think its fun to see the differences as well.
Great system....if you have the room...tfs
Hi Margie - yes, you definitely need room for this one
I think you will have lots and lots of fun with this painting! there are so many pretty colours and I actually think round diamonds were the right call! 😊
I agree - the rounds work up faster as well - so that's another plus
@@LisetteCraftsandTells and since you "lost" your other round kit it will be nice to have something different in comparison to all your square kits :D
Great system. 😁
Thanks so much
I am now doing Picses By Josephine Wall and I have 260 colors. I used my Artdot containers and they're working good for me. It's interesting because we seem to have organized our symbols very closely. Only I have a fairly large miscellaneous category😂😂. Good luck and I'll be nice in your progress.❤
Hi Diane - yes I'm following along - you're making great progress and it's a stunner
@@LisetteCraftsandTells Thank you 😊 ❤
Wow! Some of those symbols are so similar. I like the way you organized them.
Thanks so much Linda
You made what I'm certain was a lot of work look very simple Lisette! Enjoy!
Thanks Debra - but it didn't take as long as I had anticipated.
Great idea on the organising to the symbols that work closely the same as each other.
Looking forwards to seeing it come alive
Plus I love them trays, My favourite get go ❤
Thanks so much dear Angel
Interesting way to set it up! I still havent kitted up my JoWall from DPD.
Are you tempted to do so?
@@LisetteCraftsandTells Ill be doing it in November
@@JustSheilz Cool - will you keep me updated ? I would love to know how you like working on yours
@@LisetteCraftsandTells will do!
Oh boy! I can’t wait to watch this one!!!
Hi Marty - I've already started working on her.
Hi Lisette, très belle organisation, c'est bien pratique pour mieux trouver ses symboles ♥ 🍫
Merci chère Katarina
very helpful
Thanks so much Angela
❤❤❤
😍
❤
nope! no way! lol! You sure do love to challenge yourself. Great information though for someone who would like to attempt the same. Good luck😊
Ha Ha Ha - I totally understand Cheryl
Kitting up is fun for me. I've never done a kit with that many colors, though. How many Elizabeth Ward trays do you have? I just have 2 but I'm going to buy more so I can start working on more than one kit at a time. I really enjoy your videos, Lissette!
Thanks so much - I have 6 of them. 2 with only small containers en the other boxes are a combination of of three sizes.
@@LisetteCraftsandTells Sorry I misspelled your name. Only one s in Lisette. 🫣
Lisette, do you save your spares?
No, not anymore. A game changer
