I don't know what her kid ate today,but it wasn't a lot.
He refused the noodles and spat most of them out.He had his usual bag of crisps at the market and a drink and she ate the noodles and egg.He needs something nutritious,meat,potatoes,mashed with vegetables. Safe to say, it's another cullinery flop for the boy,and a win for her because she ate hers and his.

The caption says kumquats, but they're nothing like the kumquats we have here. Ours are about the size of a thumb, a peeling like a citrus fruit, and tart/sweet tasting. They don't taste like tangerines or oranges, but are in the same family. I don't know what those are in the video, maybe a different version of a kumquat??

I had a kumquat tree at my garden, but it's different from these. In Japan, we eat the kumquat peel. I often make jam with it. Thank you 😊
@@user-gc7yd1hw6b Those look similar to a fruit we have here called scuppernongs, in the grape family. They're sweeter than grapes and you don't eat the peeling or the seeds inside. I noticed she spit those out, so it seems to be something similar to the scuppernong. They only produce fruit in the early Fall here, but they grow on vines similar to grapes also, not on trees.

@@user-pz5ff3zn9z I really think they're angling for a different type of viewer because this format isn't working so great. They could make this format profitable if they'd listen to their viewers. You Tube has been flooded with these single mother channels and they're basically the same things over and over. To be honest, they're all a little boring now and some have definitely gone over the edge into questionable territory. I reported one due to it's content and You Tube removed it.

Is that the proper way to pick kumquats? We also grow them here and I don't think that breaking off the entire end of the branch that produces fruit is the way to ensure a sustainable fruit harvest from year to year. Not that she cares, it's not her tree.
