In the Perrserker vs Obstagoon match, if they sneak the counter through on the first close combat, you can swap straight away in to Armoured Mewtwo and you'll transfer the fast move damage on to the Armoured Mewtwo and preserve that second close combat.
It's Niantic. After 5 yrs the game is still beta mode. Sneaking fast moves is part of the game being broken and not design. Its unlikely anything will be fixed anytime soon.

I had a streak of 14 in last season but I got stucked at 20 and this guy had a streak of 9 and became legend I own a good collection but unfortunately matchups are always been trash for me

Another team that I have been running with in the ultra league is Swampert, Typhlosion, and Alolan Muk. Swampert Mud Shot Hydro Cannon Earthquake Typhlosion Incinerate Blast Burn Solar Beam Alolan Muk Snarl Dark Pulse Gunk Shot I’ve been winning a lot of battles and landing the Gunk Shot.
I have been doing a complete non-xl team because I’m not lvl 40 with magnezone lead tangrowth and fs charizard it’s been working pretty well at rank 20 almost ace
Try Gallade, Magnezone shadow and Togekiss. I really hate double dragon and double fighters teams and I'm doing very well against them and the team has good coverage too.
Had 65% win rate but now getting bad as for last few days getting too much lag suddenly Lost some that I have no chance to lose Man lag almost makes me want to cry

Don't you think you should run a higher attack gengar? As a frail mon it wants to be hitting as many attack points and win as many cmp ties as possible right

They really need to make the whole "sneaking in fast moves" more consistent. It decides many match ups and is basically rng right now
