Incinerate and flame charge are very deadly combination. Incinerate already has 4 dpt and 4 ept, after one boost it goes to 6 dpt. That is insane stats for a fast move. If you can manage it well, it is so deadly.

Between me and my girl we must have hatched 50 eggs and not a single one between us. Some people got serious luck to have 2 already lol. Or were just very unlucky.
Both, I hatched I think at least two dozen eggs and got 3 (also, I only ever hatched 1 from a non-10km egg, the chances were horrible) Good luck getting them now from the 10ks, you're unlikely to get one soon but you should eventually (same chance as jangmo-o) I really wish they handled this differently :|

charcadet in eggs only sucks as I love these pokemon some of the coolest pokemon I saw 😂 if I have to pick which ones I love the most then Ceruledge. I hope I can bring them in GBL someday I ggot 1 charcdet so far.
