Love these! As for the staining, I've never had an issue with stains transferring to the next piece. If you're worried about just pour something that will match up with that stain color just in case
Pink/Red and yellow have a tendency to stain molds. I’ve personally have not had it transferred to the next project if you are concerned wipe it out with alcohol, the stain will always remain. These molds are very cute and the pour turned out great.❤❤❤
You should be able to use a q-tip with alcohol on it and clean your stained mold and whatever doesn't clean off should not come out on your next pour. Thanks for sandy😊 love roses and would love you to use 2 tones of purple mica powder. Put the dark one at the deepest part of the petals then the light purple on the rest. Please😊

Try washing them in hot soapy water first. I'd the stain doesn't come out then it's stained and won't come out in other projects. I don't scrub my molds just soak them and kinda use your hands. It will stay shiny. They turned out beautiful Michelle, and glad you're feeling better

I have those molds. I love the red and telling, it reminds me of a rose my grandmother used to grow. I agree withwhat someone else said, the blue/red looks a little busy petal wise. So the ink just made it busier. I was trying to tell you no about blending it. I'm curious is it might have been a little less busy. It will be fine to use those molds, the stains don't transfer. I do wash mine in a little dawn and warm water to make sure they are fully clean. But I reuse stained molds all the time. ❤ I hope you are much better now.

Michelle, can you clean the molds with Alcohol or Vinegar. On the Alcohol ink you used, the bottles are larger, are these older bottle designs? not the same bottles size. The flower coasters are beautiful!!
From the look in the video the one with the raised center, looks as though it is just meant to have a three-dimensional look up unfinished because it looks like the edges of the mold are still higher than the center. But of course looks can be deceiving and I could be completely wrong.
I like the red rose better. I am confused though. I went to the IntoResin website & it looks like the 3 molds vary in size from about 5.25" to 5.5". They aren't flat. How can the be used as a coaster? They certainly aren't large enough to use as a tray, other than maybe a trinket tray. How are they used to fulfill either purpose?

In my experience the stained color will not transfer to other projects so you should be fine reusing them.😊
Marcie from Mixed Media Girl uses stained molds all the time with no issues.
I stained some of my moulds as well, and the stain does not come out on your next floor. So your mould is still good to go.

I used two different brand, the mid podge brand is larger than the Let’s Resin brand. You can get the mod podge ones at Walmart or Hobby lobby.

I agree, after making them I was unsure why they called them coasters. The one for sure is more like a trinket tray, weird description on these.

Every time I use yellow alcohol ink, it stains my molds.I reuse them. And I don't see any of it bleeding through into the resin.
