Thanks for this, very useful keep making these vids. I am very much new to version 6 as I did not know Creality had updated the slicer since I got the K1 max shortly after it was released. The improvements and features are great!
You got it! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing this information, little things like this make a big difference
Thanks you for watching & those kind words!
I had never heard of or used this before. Now it will become one of my go to tools. Thanks again!
Nice! Thanks for watching!
Great video! Major help for my prints.
Good feature, Thanks for sharing.
Great tips! Thank you!
v6 is a great boom for me, so thanks!
I didn’t k ow this was in CP6 and I’ve been using it since it came out lol.
I like how cp6 displays the layer height on the model and that new sidebar, and you can pick individual areas to focus on- much more advanced compared to Cura’s version
It is a major upgrade over Creality Print 5 in my opinion!
Is this any different to what is in Orca or Prusa slicer?
Hey buddy, great video. But, you never came back to what the keep minimum feature would do if the box was checked. Id love to know. Thanks for all the videos!
It makes sure the smallest layer height wouldn't exceed minimum layer height set in your printers extruder setting. If I set the quality/speed slider all of the way towards quality, I could actually exceed the minimum. By checking Keep Minimum, it makes sure that the slicer won't try to make layer smaller than what I had set.
Trying to print with Ver 6.x.x and Im getting an error message that says Flush Multiplier setting is too low, can you advise on how to resolve this issue? Thanks!
In the upper right hand corner of Creality Print there is an icon that looks like a water faucet. That is the where the flushing volume is set. Clicking the icon will open the flushing volume settings. You can either increase the number at the bottom of the dialog box manually or click the re-calculate button in the middle of that same dialog box. I hope this helps!
@@pushingplastic7445 thanks for the reply, re-calculating did not correct the problem, what does this setting actually do? and how should I be adjusting it?
@@mikeowens3807 I'm assuming that you have a multi-color printer like the K2? If not, you shouldn't be using it at all. If you are using a multi-color printer Flushing Volume sets how much filament to purge when switching colors and reduce/eliminate color bleed. The darker colors like black require more flushing than lighter colors like white.
Clone 3 of that and see what happens .. lol Clone feature is broke it doesn't separates the clone like CP5..
Ok, I just tried and I see what you're saying. But have you clicked on Arrange All Objects after the clone? Problem solved!
@@pushingplastic7445 Nice video..... Where can you find "Arrange All Objects after the clone", I'm not seeing where it is.
@@blairm7731 It's on the top tool bar, it's the 6th icon from the left. I hope this helps!
