I know I'm late to the party on this one but, Randy did an excellent job narrating and my goodness that's a fantastic museum, thanks so much for this video!
Great tour Randy, thanks! You have a great narration voice and knowledge base. This is not too far from me in eastern NY state, looks like a road trip is in my future. Tom, K2BEW
i have an old laser 128 which is a replica of the apple //c, i also have the apple //c origional model that has an immjage writer dot matrix printing unit, god how those were fun to play with lol. i also remember zero for operator too, i loved those old days lol, i also love technology of today too, but still, those were the days when baseball was the only thing i would listen to on AM lol. "and here's the pitch! brewers up at bat, here comes gomez around third, and he is in to score! and pow! hbrewers score an RBI single, it's brewe3rs 1, cubs coming up!: lol. those were the days, loved it and still do now lol.
Very nice and wunderfull muzeum! Ich hatte ein schőne austellung in Ungarn am 2006 jahre. Nur private empfenger gerate, aus firma orion, VT, Philips, Siemens altere geraten. Robert in Ungarn, Budapest. Radioamateur colling nahme: HG5AZ Many thanks for it!
i got an old motorola transistor radio im trying to fix and get working right, it works yes, but is very scratchy, i listen to baseball, and if i could get that to working right i'd use that as motorola has good audio, wow!. i have worked on ten meters yes, but locally, i prefer vhf and uhf though as it is clearer audio, and i stay around the repeater area of each band. i WOULD like to own a dedicated locked band repeater though, but, my cross band repeater is basicly enough for right now "kenwood tmv 7a running five watts through a magmount jet stream auto antenna attatched to a metal garbage can creating a mini ground plane type system" works good too, i can actually get out a fiew miles, NOT FEET thank you, that's for babiesw lol, six miles plus on a good day. What is with the statement back in the day! what day earlier in the day yesterday or some day last week? it is completely meaningless.
