I have to disagree with your opinion on the trading system. Having to rely on the seller being online and not busy, is awful. There should be an auction house
The ONE thing I wish they had added for PoE2 was a freaking combat log, so we can tell which of the dozen things exploding on our screen was the one to actually one shot us.
@KyuubiSnaxx yea. Witch only took me about 40 hours. There's no grass outside to touch, only snow at moment. So I took a few days off and g fueled some all-day sessions. And both these were off early meta builds, so I drove right thru it.
my biggest gripe is the quality of the uniques , when you see that brown drop you are supposed to feel good but 99% of them are trash, i have about 35 of them sitting in my stash that i cant even sell for 1 Ex.
I feel like what they did with uniques for PoE2 is took notables from the PoE1 skill tree and slapped them onto uniques or skill gems. It is so frustrating that Spiritual Aid is now on Chober Chaber.
Having a website for tradiing is SHIT. It should be ingame, and there should be an auction house. Not this poor design of a trade system. People not reacting, the need to leave the game, it is stupid.
As a SSF player, I couldn't care less about trading. Main source of good items should be slaying monsters. Crafting should be a tool to polish good dropped items. That's it.
2 things I really want 1) target dummy to test builds 2) if I do a level 10 map, at least a level 10 map should drop from there. At least one. No reason for me to complete a map and not get at least one of equal value
So far, my biggest problem with the game is mostly UI related. -Items are too big / our inventory too small. Despite only picking +Quality, sockets, and rares, I sometimes must return in the city literally 300 meters and 2 minutes after I came back on the map. This becomes very frustrating at times. At the very least, make our currencies go straight in the chest or something ! -Another very frustrating thing, for example, is gem / passives managements. The premium tab supposed to sort them but it just feels horrible and messy. This is made even worse by the fact that we cannot see out stash, inventory, and gems at the same time. Constantly going from one to another just to check names and stuff, is soooo very tedious. They need to adress this IMO. Otherwise, I think the game is great and show tons of qualities. This looks promessing for the future !
My cousin and I have been through this issue a lot too. It's a little better now but we do still get kicked. We don't have the PS5 Pro so not sure if that means anything.
I stopped using poison cloud skills because I could not tell when it was my cloud or a mob's. Distinctive elements to help identify enemy effects would help with navigating all of the visual spam.
agreed, it feels like alot of the rolls I get using exalts and regals just dont give good rolls, crafting from base rarely gives you anything good let alone something that might be better than what you have unless what you have is bad
Not sure about the endgame yet, but there certainly isn't much of a crafting system in the story campaign. As you said, some random gambling with constant lack of materials 😑
Console does not have access to as much information. We can't see a detailed break down of how our stats are being generated. If there are enemies nearby, we can't interact with objects in the world. It begins locking on to enemies. So for trials, clicking on objects like depositing the gems in chaos or clicking on the crystals in Sekhema, if there are enemies nearby, we must fight them first. No quick way around it. At the beginning of Act II, the fight with the Centaur, the auto-lock constantly targets enemies that are not the boss. Lots of missed attacks because of it. There are many more examples of things consoles players are struggling with.
@@metallicafan416 What is it exactly you think I have access to? The character sheet with the amounts of evasion and mana and so on? Cause that's not what I'm talking about.
The funny part is that they stop working on ACT 4, 5, 6 to create and polish endame, but how many people have ACTUALLY even made it to end game lol. Very Counter to D4 choosing to finish the campaign and then patching together End Game.
How about some damn inventory space? I'm not really 1 to spend on F2P games but I'd honestly love to have an option to use points for more space there than anything else in the MTX shop
Why are people so afraid to criticize this game? Let’s be honest and screw the POE fanboys. The crafting sucks. It’s literally just gambling. Loot sucks. Usable items are scarce. They’re not based on class and the affixes suck. Not being able to remove runes sucks. Mapping sucks. The waystone drop rates are too low and it makes map sustain difficult, especially, if you die. The best part of the game is the campaign. After that, it’s all downhill. It’s shocking to think the devs stopped work on the campaign to work on the endgame, for early access, and this is the result of that work! 😂
@@qwarrrr1000% better than Diablo 4 and it’s early access still missing 6 classes and half the weapons. D4s been out for over a year and not even close to this much content and engagement in said content. Truly shows which dev team cares more about their game. Also shows Blizz is just surviving off nostalgia of Diablo 2 and the brand “Diablo” that people have that memory tied to.
How is running the same content over and over again 100x more content than D4? 😂. I really feel most of the "depth" in PoE2 is just an illusion. I'm not saying D4 has no issues, but these massive misrepresentations all the time are making me angry.
Yep. I like playing through campaign but after that my interest tanks. There is not a strong enough social aspect to keep me invested like helping new players learn in monster hunter games. Not enough skill expression either as it is just gear for the most part.
I know GGG have just announced some patching to Trials, but the whole honor system as a whole just sucks. If you are a tank build, even with the patch changes you're going to have a much harder time. Having to farm for honor relics is just a workaround for something that just sucks. A better system would be limited heal potions with no recharge.(and I'm sure there are more options)
I was doing my 3rd ascendency and killed the boss but died as I did. So I didnt get my points and now have no more tokens to enter the Trial. So annoying
After lvling a Warrior to lvl 81 with 90 hours played, I will not be playing anymore till they REMOVE exp on death and completely overhaul or REMOVE the honor system from trials. Don't get me started on the mapping system and lack of map drops. Till then, it was worth the $30 but spending anymore time in this game and losing hours of progress PER death, I am going to tap out and play games that appreciate my time a little more. Such a sad state of affairs, PoE could have been SO MUCH better out the gate but they fucked it up.
@@jerrylong891 it’s early access and they literally just addressed the honor system and are adjusting it as well as ascendancy trials. You need to chill out a bit. It’s one of the best early accesses released in years.
The loot problem is annoying i.e. way too much trash dropping, but forcing me to portal back to town every 5 mins. And especially in early game when you do need to pick this stuff up so you can trash it for various currencies, I have no choice but to pick it all up. its not an easy solution as they want every class to be able to play any way they want, but as a monk the number of Bows and Quivers I have picked up is just ridiculous. Yes, I know most ppl on these threads hate D4, but at least they reduced the amount of trash you got meaning you don't have to go back to town every 5 mins.
Item filters lol And you dont need to collect so much trash loot. I have no idea how you can be traveling back and forth so often unless you are completely new to PoE in general lol
@@mattmoramarco8295 i am new to POE indeed, as are a lot of people. most of us in fact as the game has only been out a week. Would you prefer that POE2 was exactly the same as POE1 so it only appealed to a smaller group of players? But that aside, in early game you need lots of currency if you want to buy things, or respec or just take an item and make it better so its an upgrade.. All of which needs currency. Am I right? In end game loot filters may certainly be more useful, but not the first couple of acts.
@@rollcageuk yes, they want only game for few playes, which will be hard, non-logical and of course it take 24/7 of your free time. Without normal loot system, with cringe website trading and pure passive skills tree :) Overhyped and nosence game, just Sisyphus curse in general what it feels like
@@Lance-xy8hv damn you could hug the moon with that reach. I don't see any mention of D4, or uniques. Maybe just maybe I am sick of picking up 20 shields when my class doesn't use a shield? Or maybe I don't like getting 10 wands per map? It's ok my guy, people can critique things without you taking it personal. Breathe my friend.
'Slow start' is one way to put it. They were right when they said both runs through campaign should take about 45 hours... it took me about 37 hours on normal and about 8 hours on cruel...
Honestly, I think it is mostly a knowledge thing, coupled with a bit of gear dependency. Like a warrior doesn't really have a slow start at all. You just Earthquake your way through maps. But there are an issues with that. People will likely want skills that let them bash skulls, rather than essentially dropping an explosive. So what people want from a warrior (bash skulls, be tanky) doesn't make them gravitate to the one skill that makes the early game easy. Likewise, the first Totem does wonders for your survivabilty and ease of play by drawing aggro, being used as bait to start the fight, but again, this is contrary to what people typically want from the warrior... they want to tank, to lead the charge, not have a pet rock do that for them. And then there's how your weapon quality impacts your damage. And your healing is a bit weak, early, so that hoses you as well. The short of it, the early warrior class is poorly designed because it doesn't deliver on what its main draws are. Meanwhile, monks have a combo that wants finishers, so no good on a boss without adds, and are squishy. Casters don't have those issues as much. People play the Witch to have an undead army, and, hey, undead army. Or to plague people, and that skill too works to slaughter things. Sorceress will likely for Spark or Flame Wall, both good powers, and your staff has an attack spell of a certain level, so there's really no initial bad luck. Likewise, for rangers, you can pew-pew with lightning, and that works, or you are going for poison, and the poison arrow works great too. All those classes are ranged as well, so life is easy.
i Love the length of Act 3 ... i was so exited when i beat down that fire boss and then got taken up to the Hub... to find there is a portal to the old city now.
I am also over 100 hours now, and the only real thing i would change is the ascendancy trials. Either make them easier, or give me my ascendancy without having to do the impossible gauntlets. They really are just not fun, and for certain builds borderline impossible. I personally feel they just need to give ascendancy points every 25 levels. First two points at level 25, next at 50, next at 75, and final two at 100. No trial needed.
Nope. Ascendy is just that. Ascend.to the mountain top to earn a reward. The game doesn't require you to ascend to complete the campaign. You can beat the eventual 6 act campaign without ascending. Beating the highest level of end game should be earned, not handed out like a participation medal. Path of Exile is supposed to be more difficult than every other arpg in the market. That's is at the core of GGG's philosophy. I think it would be a.mistake to turn the game into a participation medal game.
This game type is meant to be grindy and not as rewarding with high end currencies and such, however this game is a little rough on that and could use a drop rate buff to lots of these harder to find currencies
I think it would be dangerous for them to increase Exalted orb drops.. First off there's many ways to get them if that's all your after. Trading off gear that drops in maps, using the currency exchange to swap for more of them with the other resources that drop as well, and they also drop pretty frequently as is (at least it seems that way for me. Sure I can have maps where none drop but I also sometimes get 2-3 regularly per run). But the main reason I say this is that if they increase their drop rate they will essentially be devaluaing them even more.. not making good gear more accessible. Good gear is supposed to be expensive. Even if you only drop 1 exalted orb per run (which is obviously on the lower end if you consider the other ways you can gain them as mentioned before) 50 runs (to get 50 exalted orbs to trade for a high value item) for what is essentially a very good item in any slot is not that much compared to other similar games. I think the rarity increases the feeling of accomplishment/excitement when they do drop. I guess we'll have to see where they want to take it, but I'm glad they started slower on the drop rates.
Dealing with the first trial on same day they buffed melee honor system and the difference was insane. Still hard to do as melee but now doesn't feel like I need rng to get me rooms with less fighting objectives
I have noticed with the boss mechanics that when they go to do their AoE signature move if you are within that area of the potential power hit you are stunned for one to two seconds and have no way to avoid the hit. GGG need to remove that or alternatively if you are doing a build up powerful strike you should get the same effect on the monsters, but that's not the case.
A great review and with alot of valid points. Thankfully they are adressing alot of the points u made in a patch this week wich helps alot and shows they are really listening to the community. I personally i'm happy with the progress so far of what they made though the classes need some finetuning as well. I for example had to abandon my Sorceress since i could't get her through Act 3, i was initinally focus on ice with a little lightning but it became very apperent thats not viable moving forward and i was very dependent from Spark to move forward and by then respeccing was to expensive. Now i'm playing Merc and its already better then Sorc was. They really need to finetune stuff a class focuses on and make some skills available ALOT earlier.
I played all the classes for around 150 hours in total and surprisingly Count Geonor (act 1 boss) melts the fastest on the warrior ! Now let that sink in.
Warrior was second fastest for me. But yeah, good weapon, get close, bash skull. Fastest was Sorceress. Ember Fusillade with Scattershot gem, fired through a Flame Wall is very potent.
Depends on gear and build. I could play a slower class but if I’m twinking, it’ll kill em off faster. I played all classes with over 100 hours into the game as well, but you don’t need that many hours to realize this. Let that sink in.
1. Add a new currency to unsocket an item, and make it as rare as it has to be. 2. Make the exalted orb better, by having players choosing one of two options on the modifier. Otherwise it will never be worth crafting with it (too much gamba), and trading it away will always be better. 3. Introduce in-game auction house, to trade stuff automatically with a single click. We don't need to break immersion by using a website when this can be done from ingame. Nor bother with player interactions on each and every item sold. 4. Make multiple alternative mechanics for trials, for people to choose from. Players should not have to engage with honor system if they don't like it. Next patch notes, are already solving a lot of issues, including the expensive respecs, and the one-shot criticals/chaos damage. And at least the trials will be somewhat more manageable even for melee classes. (hopefully) Its EA, they have all the time in the world. Future looks bright for GGG. The potential is insane.
That you have to go slow and pay atention in maps is intended as the devs said, but I do agree though that waystone drop is very, very F low...even if you don't die, even if you get extra drop chance, even if you buy the WS from the vendor, etc. It's bad. Likewise for the oneshots. Some time before this video they said what they are changing in the next patch, so you prob haven't seen it. They are basically making maps a tad easier. The Higlights for me are mobs having less CDmg and resistances not being lowered so much. Also, Chaos dmg which was the main cause for oneshots as it's scaling was outright stupid was lowered too. We'll have to try it out when the patch is actually out, but it does feel like it's going to be way better with those changes. Edit: for the honor mechanic, yeah. I mean, they did say it was kind of bugged with chaos dmg dots taking out more Honor than it should, but even with that it's very F bad. I do agree a 100% there. It's horrible. And it already feels bad as a ranged char. I can't wait to get there with the monk to completely ignore it and come back when I've overleveled it a bit... They did say they are changing that one too. Fix to the Chaos DoT taking out too much honor, more honor res, etc. Also, you have more res if you are in melee to the monster which is a buff to...well, to melee chars obviously, but also to any1 else that decides to step on melee :P. I also feel like part of the problem is that maps are way, way too * big. Them taking out mov skills, mov flasks AND making maps way bigger was kind of an overkill. I kind of understand the 1st 2 with a focus on slower combat. The 3rd one wasn't really needed and feels really bad. Edit 2: I also agree but I my be biased here. I play on SSF so, I'm obviously going to get a harder time getting items. Idk about taking runes out, but I would indeed like if you could at the very least overwrite them. Lose the past one, but let me put a * new rune on it...
Yeah, no trade site available for consoles. The PoE site doesn't even acknowledge that we do in fact have access to EA. We can post in chat, and respond, but that's about it.
Completely agree on A3. Its drags on way too long. I was talking eith friends yesterday and one said something that was VERY true. They wanted to be d2 so badly, they even have a terrible A3. But yea, A3 feels just too damn long. My two main complaints are the length of A3 and the gearing speed. We need more rare drops. It doesn't need to be PoE 1 levels of drops but it should be upped. The majority of upgrades coming from vendors and not drops just feels bad. More rares would also help with the difficulty that alot of people are facing bc it eould help with the power curve of our characters. Other than that, its been a great EA. Definitely looking forward to all the tweaks and improvements.
I die too much in maps to get any XP whatsoever--they need to get rid of that penalty. So there's no real way to power up or respec my character now. I'll just make an alt haha
personally, looking at the act system, they could easily put in something like Diablo III's Bounty system if they want to at some point and I think it would make going back to areas more worth doing
The only problem I have with the game is that the monk never swings where I'm pointing. I'm clicking on the bell but he's locked onto and hitting an enemy 180 degrees away
Things are not overpriced. You can deck your gear out to Mid game ( Map 10 ) in less than 10 orbs. The market is only crazy for the real mid - endgame gear and upgrades.
My endgame is bricked. Can't enter a portal without being disconnected to log in screen. Same with my gf and a friend that plays in a different country.
Im enjoying the game. Taking my time. I did Ascend. Im just not into this endgame at it's current state. None of this looks appealing. Im going to see the story available and stop there. I'll return when new classes or acendancy becomes available or new acts. Grinding for loot when the loot is just god awful to find, is not fun to me
The disconnects are the only thing I have a problem with. The only thing that makes me put the game down is being disconnected in a map or a trial. If they could tighten that up would be 10/10 for me
The only gripe I have is respec costs. Should be cheaper until until the builds are done getting nerfed. Or offer a free respec token after an update. Everything else is understandable for EA
I was excited when they said there would be multiple ways to ascend until I actually started doing it. Lets hope TOTA is the 3rd method and comes out soon. I'm not a sanctum fan and ultimatum in this version isn't very fun without changes. I think the game is really polished for early access though, and the rate of their development is so much faster than other companies, I think it will be in a great state really soon.
I just finished the campaign for the first time. My only problem is I had roughly 1300 total hp/ms and I’d still just get two tapped. I dced at points. And the maps kept resetting if I left and came back which is a problem with how big the maps r
I'm just glad the honeymoon phase is over for most folks and we can start to see the problems with the game. Identifying them now and correcting them accordingly will massively help this game but pretending like it has no problems or just saying "it's early access" doesn't help anything
I’m still early in the end game. I find it frustrating the seemingly halt in XP gains. These are a few of my feelings and feedback when playing endgame on Monk in the current state. Waystones should default to your current lvl. No real reason for a waystone to be lvl ~65 when you’re lvl 70. This is making leveling up painful. I can admit that melee is difficult to push tiers in, which brings me to my other point of losing a waystone when you die. I don’t mind having to restart a map for my misplays. But losing my high lvl waystone completely for a death, to then have to essentially farm low level waystones to get back to where I was, XP gains wise is brutal. Either let us keep our waystone and have us restart or have more drops of waystone at level to your character. Or waystones are always at your lvl to help with that progression and modifications on waystone add to XP gains and rewards. I just don’t agree with things in endgame slowing your lvling progression especially if there isn’t any other way of lvling up. Leaving the player with no choice other than mapping for lvling.
FTW suppression field elite enemy modifier is not fun. We are already slow to then be slowed even more and drained of your resources. I know they addressed it but just doubling down on the design choice in the first place.
Tbh im not touching trading unless they put it in client, and I dont have to interact with other people. If they put a listing for an exact price on something, i should be able to just click it and confirm the transaction. Then the seller just gets the currency they asked for without any friction and they dont have to stop to message back and then have to manually trade
The gear drops could be solved easily. If you get another classes item, they should make it so you can trade it with the gambling vendor for a random roll for your current class. They should also give you the ability to change your ascendacy. I'd be willing to do trials for the option to change. I went blood mage and I am really not liking it and don't want to start a new class. Already swapped from Monk and thinking about going back. 😢😢😢
Call me crazy but I wish all the acts were as long as act 3 😂. Love the art and story. I’m sure once they do the update the game and you can teleport to checkpoints it won’t be so bad.
The game has its flaws but is by far one of the best and most addicting games I've ever played. And it's only in early access, imagine what the full game will be like!
Great feedback. Melee isnt that hard. Slow through act 1 but once you get past that and gear correctly it becomes so easy. I walk through most bosses now and killed the act 3 ones with ease
If you aren't getting enough Waystones, you haven't been upgrading them to Rare enough. I'm swimming in Waystones, so much so that I end up reforging every 5-10 maps into higher ones.
@@Saphire_Throated_Carpenter_Ant Just like you upgrade gear. If it's a white stone, you can use the normal to rare with 4 mods. If it's blue, try to add another blue mod, then upgrade it to rare. Wouldn't use Exalted Orbs though unless you've got a lot to spare.
I don't think it should be possible for me to get a tier 1 waystone in t9 map, they should add a limit of (-2) or something so at minimum it has to be a t7 stone in t9 map
The biggest problem is the fact that the market is dominated by bots and hackers after just one week. 💀 I've been trying to buy a few items for two days now and I can't.
I tried to buy some armor pieces and a helmet for Mercenary literally no one answered for over an hour and I asked nob stop all the items from the auction on the website
Yeah I see people like this whine sometimes in chat but I have outfitted almost two chars in a matter of minutes? Don’t trade with people that have afk tag on website
I really really hate the gearing system right now. I've never really been a fan of trading but might need to get into it because I haven't gotten a gear improvement in two days and my gear isn't even that good.
They need to buff melee, the amount of times I’ve jsut gotten bullied into a corner not being able to roll or even use a move. It’s fucked up. The enemies legit circle you and there’s nothing you can do. Melee feels like ass
As a lvl 75 lightning melee monk I do not enjoy mapping :D, even the dead stuff is out to oneshot bomb me. You can easily kill everything but get that tingly feeling after every mob to not get closer. Like a rabbit looking around before leaving its hideout. Not mentioning all that shitty AOE lingering on the ground and mobs you cant see yet suddenly bombard you, because their attack range is farther than you can see on your screen. Still a nice game and the campaign as a melee character feels so much better, because the bosses are hard and your gear, skills all that matters more. Tried a witch for comparison, its fucking laughable, gonna stay melee :D
When it comes to trading, i think the idea of an auction house is a terrible one for PoE in general. It doesn't fit the style nor spirit of the game and lowers the community interaction with one another. I think what they need to do add is a system that counters people who don't reply. For example, a three strike system that shows how many strikes that seller has to the buyer. If a seller gets three strikes, they are banned from selling for awhile. This would keep the original feel of the game alive and be much more suited for PoE2.
I have to disagree with your opinion on the trading system. Having to rely on the seller being online and not busy, is awful. There should be an auction house
Especially for console where talking in game is so difficult
PoE1 has a AH-like system for consoles, too bad they didn't bring it to the early access, I just hope it will get to the game eventually

My issue is some bosses/quests don’t have satisfying rewards. Thanks for the charm or spirit gem.
most of mine through acts one and two dropped a blue item and gold
Agreed. Some can be tough, can be tedious, and you don't get shit for it.
POE2 on PS5 is still unstable, the game constantly freezes and disconnects. They need to fix that
Runs fine on my pro , one crash in 30 hours

We don't have the PS5 Pro so not sure if that means anything.
On ps5, haven’t had problems
I crashed 32x yesterday. Been crashing non stop since Patch 0.1.0d
I stopped using poison cloud skills because I could not tell when it was my cloud or a mob's. Distinctive elements to help identify enemy effects would help with navigating all of the visual spam.
THIS!! I play co-op and freak out when my partner uses fire moves. I always have to ask, “IS THAT YOU!?” 💀
Theirs alot of bugs that need to get fixed before they start worrying about buffing and nerfing bulids
I would say there really isn't a "crafting" system yet... it's basically just gamble, either you get a mod that helps or you brick your item.
agreed, it feels like alot of the rolls I get using exalts and regals just dont give good rolls, crafting from base rarely gives you anything good let alone something that might be better than what you have unless what you have is bad
there is a crafting system locked behind omens. Still slightly gambling but a bit more deterministic
Not sure about the endgame yet, but there certainly isn't much of a crafting system in the story campaign. As you said, some random gambling with constant lack of materials 😑
Crafting is a waste of orbs compared to trading.
The crafting system is far from being finished, it will be much better by the time we hit full release

@@metallicafan416 Instead of being a smarmy asshole how about informing them of the menu it's in?
The funny part is that they stop working on ACT 4, 5, 6 to create and polish endame, but how many people have ACTUALLY even made it to end game lol. Very Counter to D4 choosing to finish the campaign and then patching together End Game.
U think the same team making endgame is working on story? The finished game will release after EA while they work on the endgame during EA
End game doesn't really seem to have much. It sounds like there's a lot, but it's all just the same maps over and over with set events in them.
Congrats, you just discovered what ARPGs are. Still 100× more content than D4
Would be fine if we had 3x the maps
Came here to say exactly this. Seconded.

Item filters lol
And you dont need to collect so much trash loot.

What class does not have a “slower start”? I’ve heard people claim just about every class has a slow start.
@@RoyalPhoenix2015 sorcerer is likely the easiest. Caster and ranged will always have stronger and faster clear to start
All non melee are far easier in act 1
Level 30 and I have never had a unique drop.
i Love the length of Act 3 ... i was so exited when i beat down that fire boss and then got taken up to the Hub... to find there is a portal to the old city now.
Yeah i really like how much you change up Act3, both removing the water and opening the gate.
Love it when a town changes/progresses
yeah hope act 4 is just as long or longer. i enjoy every moment of it
Cast on freeze cold snap in partnership with frost wall is so broken 😂
there needs to be invincibility frames while pulling levers
Trading is the most dog sht ive ever seen in any game. I cant believe this system is being done in 2024.
Act 2 boss was a sponge for me
I am also over 100 hours now, and the only real thing i would change is the ascendancy trials.
Nooooo. Current method needs balancing but I want to be able to challenge myself and ascend earlier if I want.
The Act 2 final boss needs it’s hp nerfed by like 25%
this
This game type is meant to be grindy and not as rewarding with high end currencies and such, however this game is a little rough on that and could use a drop rate buff to lots of these harder to find currencies
You should drop valuable items more often and the unique items themselves are very weak considering how rare they are.
Poe 2 is just casual version of poe 1
Brother what? Where are you regularly picking up 3 exalts per run? I must be doing something way wrong.
Still need an increase for currency. Farming for Exalts and STILL barely getting any.
Good video but was this made before their announcement last night for next patch of changes? Thinks like trials changes (honor) and all that?
Dealing with the first trial on same day they buffed melee honor system and the difference was insane. Still hard to do as melee but now doesn't feel like I need rng to get me rooms with less fighting objectives
I have noticed with the boss mechanics that when they go to do their AoE signature move if you are within that area of the potential power hit you are stunned for one to two seconds and have no way to avoid the hit. GGG need to remove that or alternatively if you are doing a build up powerful strike you should get the same effect on the monsters, but that's not the case.
Why even have unique items when youre already way higher level than they are when they finally drop?
Coop revive mechanics are bad! I’m loving the game though.
@@DarciaSidTV fastest was monk for me.
(hopefully)
Its EA, they have all the time in the world. Future looks bright for GGG. The potential is insane.
5) Make a bonus for SSF players such as Last Epoch's increased loot system.
The only rewarding thing in this game is progressing until GGG decides I can have my next Skill Gem. It’s stupid.
What loot filter do you use?
Yeah, no trade site available for consoles. The PoE site doesn't even acknowledge that we do in fact have access to EA.
We can post in chat, and respond, but that's about it.
With the right map skills you never run out of waystones. I’m always leaving with atleast 1-3 ea run. Nice content!
Game is all about trading. You won’t find anything good, ever, you have to trade to feel strong.
I die too much in maps to get any XP whatsoever--they need to get rid of that penalty. So there's no real way to power up or respec my character now. I'll just make an alt haha
I played 20 hours, 1/6 is on login screen, 1/3 stand idle.😏
personally, looking at the act system, they could easily put in something like Diablo III's Bounty system if they want to at some point and I think it would make going back to areas more worth doing
I wish that we had loadout setups with different build/skills. Would be super nice
Several of your issues are being addressed in the next patch. Probably was worth mentioning that in the video...
How are you auto-igniting everything? I need that setup on my witchhunter
Fire wall is a 100% ignite at all levels so put a level 1 version in your hot bar
Yeah, my last map death, killing everything, couldn't see the ground effect under all the other stuff, realized too late what was happening.
Tip: when you die pass 70 you will lose a lot of experience.
Need adaptive resistance. Adds resistance of your lowest one
I agree with everything 💯 where are the waystones?
To be honest I have several performance issues on the PC and I don't get how the skill system is working.
Having zero problems on ps5 the only crashes I’ve had are travelling ti towns between acts basically only 3 to 2.
U can u play Poe 2 on ps5
Great feedback. Melee isnt that hard. Slow through act 1 but once you get past that and gear correctly it becomes so easy. I walk through most bosses now and killed the act 3 ones with ease
Cooperative play is not really cooperative when it comes to loot no matter what allocation setting you choose.
If you aren't getting enough Waystones, you haven't been upgrading them to Rare enough. I'm swimming in Waystones, so much so that I end up reforging every 5-10 maps into higher ones.
Where do you upgrade waystones? Ive only done 1 map but it seems good to know.
Btw check the vendors they offer some good piece of gear. They offer better gear than the vendors of PoE 1 do.
I don't think it should be possible for me to get a tier 1 waystone in t9 map, they should add a limit of (-2) or something so at minimum it has to be a t7 stone in t9 map

The biggest problem is the fact that the market is dominated by bots and hackers after just one week. 💀
I've been trying to buy a few items for two days now and I can't.
Idk what youre buying but i decided to trade for a full new armor and it took about 30 mins for 8 trades

Great review
They need to buff melee, the amount of times I’ve jsut gotten bullied into a corner not being able to roll or even use a move. It’s fucked up. The enemies legit circle you and there’s nothing you can do. Melee feels like ass
The game runs wonderfully 👏
The Ancestral Bond Passive is broken, they need to fix it to save my build.
I dont care if one act is 20 hours long, it's fun and I like meaty content in my games.
For early access its amazing, im not hating on it because feedback will make the game better.
I would like a full video on mapping
When it comes to trading, i think the idea of an auction house is a terrible one for PoE in general. It doesn't fit the style nor spirit of the game and lowers the community interaction with one another.
I think what they need to do add is a system that counters people who don't reply. For example, a three strike system that shows how many strikes that seller has to the buyer. If a seller gets three strikes, they are banned from selling for awhile.
This would keep the original feel of the game alive and be much more suited for PoE2.
It’s an incredible early access.
There is one movement skill in the game anyone can use. Shield Charge.
