My name is Erica. I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). No one wants to talk about it, no one wants to learn how to "deal with it" so, I'm here to speak on my own behalf.
In my second episode I discuss a meet & greet with Jodi Picoult, interview my friend from Scotland and give a little look at what insomnia looks like from someone with PTSD.
