He didn't even have abdominal injuries. Not to mention, if she was backing out that fast and then hit something heavy, it would make noise. He didn't yell when he saw the car coming? Someone does (or at the very least one juror) has to question why at sometime around 2AM some woman connected to that house where this body is found randomly searches for, “How long ….” That makes no sense. That is way before this “defendant” gets back in her car to find her boyfriend. That same woman also walks up to and likely into the home where this victim is dead outside of on their lawn yet NO ONE comes out from, afterward. No one is curious? There’s a dead “friend” in their yard. There’s a paramedic inside and still, nothing?!

I’m thinking she was drunk got mad at him reversed her car into John and then went home, went to bed not realizing he had hit his head and froze to death and died, strictly my opinion,.. very curious to see how this plays out.

There is a time stamp of when the car accelerates.

I couldnt possibly remember how many times my speedometer jumped to approx 20mph when losing traction unintentionally before realizing my tires were spinning and letting of gas pedal. So with newer automobile computer systems it's very likely that evidence is just her loss of traction.
If she was about 63 ft from him and only traveling approx 22 in reverse then he would have plenty of time to move. She would have to been going 50 or 60 backwards to catch him unaware or without time to notice a car is coming at you. Be like a loud turtle or slug approaching and attacking you and you just standing there watching it.

Like watching a slow slug or turtle, that you knowingly pssed off, come at you with a 3ton machine or weapon.

@@jlmann8109 so your saying by video and time stamp that they could know she was traveling 22mph for 63 ft.
You would have to have multiple cameras and angles to be able to conclude that distance was traveled. And really good frame of reference to know it was 22 mph.

@@jlmann8109 I am not sure you understand what I am talking about.
Your saying they have a time stamp of her accelerating to 22mph in reverse for 63 ft but that camera don't see the whole view of 63 horizontal ft? Where she accelerated in reverse and his location where he was hit.
I have cameras. If you have a camera on your house even just 30ft from road then your going to being able to see 63ft of roadway from where she went in reverse and he was standing. So why don't they have that full frame from camera?

A good question to ask would be if she planned to attend this party or if she was just dropping him off. Because in that case I would go with the theory that maybe she dropped him offf , given it was a party at a fellow police officers house. My theory is a argument broke out on the front of the property & she began to leave & drive away after said argument and maybe it was such a heated argument she put her car in reverse in attempt to finish the conversation and while looking back turned the wheel and struck him . Could have been purposely or accident , but given no admission of guilty I would assume purposely

The prosecutor is useless. He's got all this opportunity to come back and cross examine and explain who is Jennifer McKay. What time did you going up into the house and he is doing nothing .He will be the reason why this is a not guilty case or hung jury, he doesn't know what he's doing. Someone get the prosecutor some help or get someone to. He is really hard to watch is inexperience .

Looking at the camera footage from the first responder where and when the body was found i dont understand how karen saw johns body when nobody else did... im going to watch the full trial and listen to all the evidence before i make any conclusion though. She has presumption of innocence. I just feel its important to consider the victim and his family they deserve justice and they are the most important people in this situation. I hope the jury is fair and unbiased and is not distracted by the defendants supporters.

What do you mean too late?
Aren’t they not allowed near court house?
Why would random people wearing pink away someone?
They’d have to be awfully weak minded.
