    Russells goal setting notes:
    Day 1.)
    Setting a goal and actually commit to.
    Day 2.)
    What is the map of the steps I need to do to achieve the goal
    Day 3.)
    Day three create some pressure, document the process....say what did I do to get to the goal....
    Day 4.)
    Time track everytime resistance came, what it was and what we did.
    Day .5)
    Gathering my mastermind of people, partners , must have this to achieve greatness
    Day .6)
    Habit check
    ,we see what's working and what's not working , is my team the right team, what's the thing to learn , look at the mistakes we make and make adjustments
    Day 7.) A day of rest , keep in mind the power of the subconscious mind
    Day 8.)
    Energy management
    Get a blood test , build out custom supplements
    Not eating in the morning
    Skip breakfast
    Protein pancakes how Russell makes them
    Day 9.)
    Hydrate as much as possible
    Fasted morning workouts
    Brain work
    Writing
    Thinking
    Getting the most important and vital things first
    Day 10.)
    Stop procrastinating,
    To be successful, instead of what I need to do, shift this to who knows how to solve this already for me
    Day 11.)
    Bag of gold or led, choose the gold
    Day 12.)
    Time tracker
    Using a time tracker , track it out every 10-15 mins
    And see what's actually happening
    Applying all day on the goals
    Day 13.)
    To make life more fulfilling ,and stop the brain deleting things in the brain ...
    Introduce a day of variety ,
    Something different, something different to make my brain have a new type of fun day
    Day 14.)
    Day of rest
    and let my subsconscsious mind able to find the solutions
    Day 15.) blocking our day into 60 mins blocks , 15 mins working ,focussed , 10 mins off...Russell walks on his walking machine while doing so , plus the supplements turn up
    Day number 16.) to 19 .) going through these 15 mins on, 15 mins off...
    Realising the must haves and good to have , start cutting things and only focusing on essentials.start cutting things and focus only on the essentials
    Day 20.) day of variety , have fun with the family
    Letter gold
    Day 22: what things I have to get done , the straight line of whatever I have to get done today and nothing else to achieve our goals
    Day 23:
    Bringing the pieces together for the finished product that you are putting together
    Day 24:
    Assembling your dream 100s making sure that didn't miss any deadlines to have the products together we are creating
    Day 25.)
    Asking others if it makes sense to others , testing, isolating gaps and also buying products from our own websites etc
    Let go of the outcome and leave it God , out the product on the marketplace and leave it to God
    26.)
    Looking at the results, what didn't work and what did, tweaking things.lookl at the failure points and resolve this
    27.)
    The Horizon
    , tracking success, how far weve come
    Day 28.)
    Day of rest with family and God
    Day 29.) & days 30.) the next sprint, so we hit the next milestone in the next 30 days

    Wow Russell I was Listen Danny Walsh and Rex Sikes and they were talking about the old ways of doing apprenticeship. Where you Lived with the person and did the work Necessary to become that expert in that field. So yes it is a cool Idea. I was just talking my wife about moving to Bosie and working for you, for about two years and learning everything I could. So I then in turn would be more season in serving.

    I have an issue where I have a sprint of focus time during which I get a lot done, but then I crash. My body crashes, my mind crashes, and I struggle to get back into the sprint.

      Maybe you aren't used to it yet, let yourself crash, get back into the sprint without expectation, just go through it...maybe you are getting stronger each time and it's crash, get up and do so little you cannot fail but still do, then do again so little you cannot not do (example: one pushup)...you get used to doing and then you crash less, keep on going...

      @@mannya_realtor Hope it helps, I am very familiar with crashing, it doesn't go away I have just reframed my thoughts around it from an unnatural thing to something that's going to show up and when I move through the condition without attaching, it goes away and I get up and keep on going...

      I believe that may be your focusing on your objectives while you should be focusing on your routines from the moment I started focusing on my routines what I have to do every single day to get to my objective I start getting way better results than trying to break down all the things I have to do in weeks or days and try to achieve them. A book that really helped me understand and improve it is atomic habits by James clear.

    There are many experts I can turn to on TH-cam for guidance and today I was strongly prompted to shut off everyone else and turn to you. Now I know what I have to do. I can follow your 30 day blueprint except for the mastermind group.I don't really know people at the level I need. Is it really necessary when I am just starting out or can I just turn on youtube or chatgpt?? 🤔

    boy do i have a resistance problem! if resistance was sober living, i'm definitely an addict. even worse i relapse daily and throughout the day... i used to have clickfunnels, then i fell off the wagon. being an addict looking in at the cf world, i have many regrets, and it starts with my addiction to non resistance lol. i'm a sober addict! i feel like im outside a party of ex friends of mine watching them enjoy the party with their new friends. lol okay im gonna try again tomorrow ..... rolls eyes... good luck, me
