I also wait 24 hours before I eat vegetables or fruits from the food store. Pesticides are in the fruits and vegetables so I try to eat organic. These are the most precious times, we mothers, will get to spend with our young. Malaika mental power is very OK, she's very bright to me the problem is in the speech center in the Blain which can be awoken by the speech therapist in the hospital
There are a lot of markets in ATL that sell alot of foods, and everything basically from all most countries. Not sure where you are but when my daughter lived in Atlanta, we used to go to one on Ponce de Leon👍🏾
There is speech therapy offered in in hospitals to such children like Malaika and within 1yr of that therapy she should be able to talk well and go to school. Try to get somebody who can connect you to such medics

Malika uses the hair products as well because you used to wrap her hair before, but look how healthy her hair is now.
Don’t forget TP, and paper towels at Costco are the best bargain as well.
