We were surprised that we enjoyed the buffet better than the dinning room. We did enjoy some food in the dinning room, but preferred the buffet. The chef we spoke to one day said he liked the buffet better too, because they chose what foods to make and how they want to cook them. He said the dinning room menu and direction on cooking the foods comes from corporate.
