      Not sure what you're asking for here, there's no offline install as you will need the internet to be able to download the packages and in this case the docker container, everything should be self contained in the docker container so there shouldn't be much to do!

      I'm not sure I understand your question if this is for all LAN? Vaultwarden is a password manager service that you can access via a web interface. It'll depend on your networking/security settings on whether or not you allow certain machines access to it, for the most part any machine on your LAN network would have access to it if you allowed it on the firewall. In regards to your certificate, that goes back to how you configure your certificate, if you're using Step-CA to create the certificate you just need to make sure the machine you're using to access it has the Step-CA root certificate trusted on that machine. If you're wanting a solution to use a certificate without needing to manually trust it on each machine, I'd suggest trying to get it setup with Let's Encrypt Certificates.
