Lifelines passive is healing and revive 25% faster, all the time! why wouldn’t you use her? In order for Gibby to do that he needs to be in a shield that can be seen from the moon.
The lifeline shield is no different. You can hear and see it from anywhere. Also you get the gibby shield back soo quickly. He's just better imo overall
Lifeline is outclassed by gibby when it comes to the revive already. Only thing lifeline has going is her ult but even then its a roll of the dice. Her tact is alright but not necessary. Gibby is all round better than lifeline.
I'm a mirage main with 4k kills I love dude but he needs a smaller hit box like I literally have to poke ppl to death, catch em slipping, have the 1 up, or whatever...give his tactical 2 clones like Bangalore has 2 smoke gernades 15 sec cool down and his passive should be like if he's still for 10 secs he goes completely invisible
If you could send out 2 decoys that once put out if not shot and taken out once they acquire a target the decoys become like automatic drones that fire pistol shots at the enemy for 5 damage a shot? Until destroyed or times out. Just make the decoys always have the wingman since that's like Mirages gun. EDIT: Also so enemies can identify the decoys if they are smart.
Don’t make decoys spawn when he does invisible. It doesn’t do anything. Make the ult last 2 seconds longer and give a 20% speed boost in the ult. Decoys should just move like actual players
Bangalore player here, the reason why I think she’s great is utility. Her passive is arguably best in the game and pretty much always active and useful in fights. Most newer Bangalore players can hurt team with smoke but use it right and it’s amazing. Pop it on a death box for a safe shield swap or on a knocked enemy for hidden finisher. If a team has high ground sniping you can ruin their vision with a smoke. And it goes without saying her escapability is undeniable. 30% speed plus smokes makes her a pain to finish off.
I totally agree that her passive is totally amazing. Her ult is a huge pitfall for her tho and I do agree the smoke is good in certain instances. I can't wait for kings canyon so I can main her again :) she's so much better on kc
Tytan Gaming yea her passive is really her only weak point which is why they should swap the cool down time with gibbys. Make giibby 270s and bangs 180s since his is more powerful.
ngl, her ultimate isn't really used to be offensive, i mean it IS created to be offensive but i am pretty sure every 700 kill+ Bangalore uses her ultimate defensively, gatekeeping the storm, disengaging and third partying. extremely useful if you are respawning your teammate and don't wanna get Third Partied. However, her ultimate still needs a buff, like maybe shorten the time the missiles explode or make the AOE of explosion is bigger and the blinding is kinda longer
I think I main lifeline because her abilities have saved me several times. Her Passive is really useful, especially in mid/long range fights because you can get your Teammates back up no matter what you're being shot at with. D.O.C is useful if you're low on meds or don't have a Phoenix kit because you can use shields and heal at the same time. Finally, her ultimate can be used as cover if there is none and give you an extra purple shield if needed! I know gibby basically has her passive and a much better ultimate and a gun shield and takes less damage and can put down a massive dome shield which nothing can shoot through, but... Wait a minute, why do I play Lifeline?
did everyone just forgot that lifeline doesn’t need to be inside a dome to heal faster then every other legend not tryna diss you just wasn’t sure if you covered that batteries and med kits on any character besides her take 20% slower to complete maybe less than that not sure exactly but she heals way faster then other legends and she doesn’t need a gold body she’s really good at getting out and back in(shield batting quick) constantly pressuring

Since it was buffed its actually viable damage too. They doubled the damage and I think increased the number of bombs because you used to be able to sit between two bombs and be fine, now you need to either fall back or find cover.
@@sickbymuckditch6565 they deal Around 40 but if u get hit by one u are getting hit by the other Near missiles and dealing a lot of dmg sometimes but in my case I usually use the ult very good and always deal Around 150 dmg to several Opponents
I’m a Bangalore main and her ultimate is mostly used for positioning or breaking up squads like a third party. Her smoke is disorienting but it is used to escape, revive, or just heal up. Ppl underestimate her and it stinks
I switched from Mirage to Bangalore. Her passive is such a life saver! And smoke + digithreat makes her OP. I like to do chip damage with smoke grenades and then drop the ulti on the other team. I get at least 2 shield break per match xD
Yup. Path, gibby, and wraith definitely need huge nerfs, while mirage, octane, and lifeline need buffs and mirage and octane need hitbox reworks, cause mirages hitbox is as big as caustics and octanes head hitbox is like 3 times bigger then his head
gearlust, I wouldn’t go as far to say huge nerfs, I think rather than bringing those legends down they should add more utility to mirage and octane in specific. lifeline could use a little something as well.
Bangalore is a good character as you win the game when you get a digital threat, you can blind snipers, revive teammates and heal up safely with the smoke. In addition to that, she has the most unpredictable and best passive in the game and her ultimate is good for getting a nice health advantage and forcing early rotations.
Maining bang rn is quite perfect for competitive players, you can use her to get away from good players better than wraith, her passive is rlly fun and can give u a major advantage while straifing with a wingdude, you can use her ult to cut off a push so your team can back off and rotate.

Dear friend.... Bangalore's smoke is absurdly useful. Offense, defense, resurrecting teammates, etc. In addition, her passive allows you to run faster than Usain Bolt on crack cocaine when you’re shot at. Combine that with her smoke and you can evade entire teams with ease. Bangalore is literally Danny Glover from Predator 2.

Damn u have a way to correct opinion on each legend But there are somethings that I wanna talk about with everyone See Wraith being the most picked character is not just based entirely on her abilities and her hitbox , she she is the most picked bcoz come on everybody knows it that she is kind of attractive and has a hot model and we cannot forget the fact that wraith is literally the favourite child of apex bcoz they use her to advertise the most , she got the first heirloom , she has the coolest skins and much more AND I REALLY DON'T THINK THAT WRAITH NEEDS ANY MORE NERF but I definitely want her pick rates to go down but not by nerfing her but buffing every other weak legend I think respawn is way tooo scared to give something powerful to new legends ( for example they literally didn't even give Revenanat tactical good enough to climb high enough to b useful while pathfinder already can literally climb anywhere within seconds and I think respawn should rather make a broken legend at first rather than a dumb ass like Revenanat and crypto ( when he first came out ) BTW awesome video bro I fully agree and support u ☺☺
i just got the oppurtunity to read this whole comment and its so well thought out :) i actually kind of agree with the wraith thing. Kind of like how in overwatch tracer was the poster child and so a lot of people(myself included) started the game off playing her
We should also take into account that some Legends you gotta buy with a current which would obviously lower pickrate between new players, players that don't have the required ammount, and players who don't want that Legend at all. Like a soft lock on pick percentages. Not to mention win percentages on characters can be skewed depending on their pick rate. I'll give an example. 20 Wraith players and only 5 win. That equals a 25% win rate. 10 Caustic players and only 5 win. That equals a 50% win rate. This is the reason why stats are so difficult to get accurate. Too many requirements. You need a lot of people in the test group, take into account every circumstance, and account for group sizes. There's problem much more but yeah.
reasons to play lifeline : smallest hitbox. D.O.C healing drone is really helpful for almost any situation. the ult is pretty useless in the endgame but sometimes crucial in getting purp shields midgame lifeline and wraith are arguably the best legends while crouch strafing as it makes them really hard to hit think about it , gibby can be destroyed easily with any weapon due to his hitbox so he kinda needed the buffs he got (except the revive faster).
i also like to use lifelines drop for cover if im in an open area. I agree with your points but gibby just feels so much stronger than her. He also takes 15% less damage(from fortify) to make up for the fact that hes a chunkster

Crypto is pretty good especially if you got a squad for good communication. Pretty useful in situations especially knowing if there are people near your area and third party with his emp.. I guess one of the reasons why people doesn't always pick him coz they prefer to be aggressive OR they just dunno how to use him like droning in the open area or they're in the drone for toooo long (I drone a bit long if my team camps and we're in the middle of the ring and there are no enemies nearby so I drone to hunt people down and to know their whereabouts) playing crypto helps me to be better in my movements coz he doesn't have escape or defensive abilities. He's my numba one ♥️ also I think it's great if he has a buff where he can EMP even if his drone is on his back.
@@Mkkoramz There's a lot of ways on Self-EMP to his advantage. One example is I lose my shield, I run for cover, use EMP to myself while charging up my armor. They got stunned and armor reduced, teammates back you up, enemy is down. 🤷 I think it's no big deal if he can EMP himself, at least his teammates can't be slowed down anymore. And it would be a bit OP for me if he doesn't take any damage from his own ult.

I main bang because when you master her kit, you can easily separate squads with her smoke, her passive combined with good movement = OP and her ultimate is like an anti - 3rd party, good when you know how and when to use it. Smokes provide cover, passive gets you behind cover faster and makes you harder to hit cmon now, why everyone hating on bang :(

as a lifeline main right from the start the reason i used her was because the faster healing was beneficial to me (shields) the D.O.C. is still good to help me and teammates out but because of worlds edge being so open and gibraltar basically stealing lifelines abilities she’s become more unusable to play as. her ult is okay but they never have extended light mags or a normal scope etc so the purple body shield is the most beneficial thing. her shield when reviving teammates is also pretty useless because like I said of how open worlds edge is. I’ve been playing as wattson in season 4 because during season 3 lifeline didn’t really become enjoyable to play as I still play her sometimes and she will always be my main but she requires a particular playstyle and I don’t think worlds edge offers that

Why i pick lifeline over gibraltar is because gibraltar is too big for me and i find the arm shield very annoying and lifeline's passives are really good but i don't main her
No, it wasn't a joke... Every recon legend will be able to do that when the update comes out (it has been leaked a few weeks ago already) also every defensive legend will revive with extra shields, every offensive legend will have extra grenade slots in the inventory and every support legend (only lifeline right now) will be able to gain extra loot from blue supply bins.
Gib being able to fast heal is very different than lifeline. Lifeline doesn’t need to throw down the shield and disrupt the fight. I don’t use the fast heal to get back to full hp in the middle of a fight, I use it to sneak a shield cell quickly while being pushed. Also her Rez shield is very useful when dodging shots. Her ultimate makes great cover and is an armor swap for late game small ring fights. Also d.o.c. Is amazing for healing while also shielding. Gibby is a very chunky and blocky character. Even with his damage reduction, if he doesn’t have his gun shield out he is gonna get fried. It’s like if someone spent 500 hours playing and learning octane, they aren’t just gonna give up and switch to another legend that gets over buffed.
A video idea is to show the hitbox of each legend and say if they need a buff on their hitbox or nerf and their hasn't been a video or picture showing the hitbox since season 0
We use lifeline bc the bookbag loadout have been decrease she has a small hitbox also faster healing especially the Shield batteries and she has the chance of getting a purple shield

My emphasis tho was on the team aspect because as a healer lifelines job is to look after the team and she can only heal herself faster. Also Gibby can lob the shield pretty far now, just under 20m. And it doesn't matter in a 1v1 against Gibby because you might be able to heal fast but in that time he gets his arm shield back up which is another 75 damage you need to deal again

Gibby shouldn’t have fast heal and fast revive in his shield. Lifeline is the medic Gibby isn’t. I think Gibby is fine with his gun shield and bombardment and dome. Not to mention he has 15% reduction. Lifeline does need a buff to her Ultimate it is terrible, I’m a lifeline main I would know. Don’t say there is no reason to use lifeline when you use the most basic common legend.
As a lifeline main, some buffs i suggest are: -Let D.O.C heal faster/not get destroyed by circle -Remove her passive(s) from gibby completely -Give her a complete ult rework -And just MAYBE if you are lifeline, your team can heal faster? Maybe just like 10-15%
I agree with this. I'd like to see her get an area heal that gives 30% health back to all teammates. Or an ult which gives all teammates temporary 50% heal (Max's out at 110hp) and gives them a temporary speed boost so she could stim up the team before or during a fight
I know this is an unpopular opinion but for me personally wraith is just a worse pathfinder. Like, her portal is nice, but recharges slow compared to pathfinders zip line, people can also wait you out and kill you as soon as you leave, while she also can’t use it to reach any good positions and is vulnerable while setting the portal. Her Q ability is just useless for most players that pick her, because they don’t really know how to use it properly, everyone can still see where you’re going and, again, wait you out, while you also don’t have the slightest amount of actual mobility compared to pathfinder and it recharges slower. Her passive is pretty useful for a team, but in a map like world’s edge, where it is so easy to be surrounded by many squads at once, it doesn’t help as much as it could, while pathfinders passive is literally OP considering you can, again, get the best in the next ring and your whole squad can plan accordingly. Personally, I main pathfinder, but also like lifeline for her clutch drone moments, as well as watson and crypto, since if you’re playing with a full pre-made squad, his intel is huge. I never pick mirage, revenant or bangalore for the reasons mentioned in the video, and wraith very rarely, as like explained, she just feels inferior to pathfinder, most people probably pick her only cause she looks good/has the best skins and best heirloom etc.
This is such a well thought out comment. I actually tend to agree with you. I genuinly enjoy playing Pathfinder over wraith but someone in my squad runs path so I take the queen 😂

Tytan Gaming True, but I can’t count how many times I have a wraith that starts setting portals mid fight to “be able to get out of the situation” which doesn’t really make sense, cause she has to walk all the way to place the portal, then portal back etc. But same goes for a lot of legends, path is pretty bad if you don’t know how to use him, like people just zipping straight are easy to hit and even I get stuck with his zip line from time to time, completely ruining the flow of my push 🤭😳

Tytan Gaming because one everyone sees a wraith that’s the pain one they’ll go for. While she’s dropping a portal a full squad would literally ignore the rest of her team and fill in attack her. Plus I just feel like her mobility isn’t as good as Pathfinders. You can get out of some sticky situations with him but as soon as you try to faze out of something with wraith you’re basically venerable
Ahmod Klass if you’re using a wraith portal you should have ur tactical ready to use so you not just a sitting duck. Also I get how it can be hard if you’re not communicating with ur team but if you’re getting targeted as you drop the portal just tell your team to go through the portal and help you. And you can play around the portal.
As a Crypto main, my opinion on Crypto is that if a squad can facilitate his scouting with a more defensive play style. The team can benefit greatly. But the main thing he brings to the table of course is his quips where he calls the other people idiots. Spam them, use them on the drop ship, etc.
I main lifeline cause if I'm in a gun battle and I'm low on health I can put my heal drone Down while Shielded by her wall and she can reuse it over and over but for her buff she could give some extra health when reviving and you can't walk through the shield it would make her alot stronger
I main bengalore. She is very good for distraction. and her ultimate has a very long range. I knocked and killed a lot of peoeple with her ult. And i am level 230 so it is not only new players. When i was a new player i startet with gibbi and wriath. No offense btw
It’s almost like being able to always know if youre gonna get ambushed, pressing q for a get out of jail free card, and an ultimate that can easily get your entire team out or into a tense situation with no risk until theyre at the chosen position is a little overpowered.
The reason not much xbox players play the spooky chick is cuz almost all pathfinders on Xbox are good with the grapple making her abilities useless. Also you will see more people on Xbox trying to troll like with Gas traps then pc and ps4. I have played on all of the 3 and I have gotten trapped in a small room in bunker so many times I can’t even count on Xbox compared to ps4 and pc. So Xbox has a less serious players besides the pathfinders
i’m a Bangalore main, so here’s my reasons: I always use R9, Wingy, or PK and use a digi on them and my teammates will as well for my smoke. the ultimate kinda sucks but I at least use it for defense. but my fav thing about her which can still be pretty selfish is her passive ability the double time. she starts FLYING when she gets shot at. character wise, she’s also never really been messed with much for damage numbers or anything and always been super solid.
As a crypto main, I find him incredibly useful during fights For example: he could use his drone And place it directly above the fight and use his neurolink ability to point out the enemies
2.8k kills on mirage here. Always thought he was underrated tbh. Going invisible when downed actually allows me to get away for a self rez quite often. He just works for me cause I enjoy the solo/trolly play style and I can 1v3 more often with him than i can with any other legend. He's all about control and surprise. Super fun.
I think the one thing about lifeline that’s better than gibby is that she has better “on-demand” abilities. Her Ult is just bad, but her passive people say is just worse gibby, but you can move around and cancel the sheild, unlike gibby, and if you need it but it’s on its 10 second cool down, welp someone’s not getting a Rez. Also her tactical is unique from gibby, and is the only ability where it lets you fight in level 2 storm, get down to one shot, and still use a med lot to survive. One time I won a fight with both my teammates out, and I was at like 10 hp third storm, I used the tactical and the fast healing let me get out of the zone in time. We got second place in that game instead of the 11th we would have had. Bet gibby couldn’t do that.
as someone who played blood forever and knows how weak his tactical used to be, you have no idea how happy it made me to see him get such a strong buff
lifeline player here. gibby can do some things that lifeline can do, but where he falls short compared to her is that while he is CAPABLE of doing what she can, she can ALWAYS do it. faster heal rates, revive shield, faster revive rate. the revive sheild is also amazing, because not only does it block incoming damage, but it forces people to either let you get your rez of, or push you, making them fight your teammate, or you if you bait them with a pk up in their face. i've saved plenty of people from grenades with it too. and that's just passive. the way you could use said passive, is hella flexible; you have the ability to peek for a fight, pull back, pop a quick cell and be back in while the other dude might still be healing. and if not, you're still at an extra 25 health advantage. the drone, yeah its nice if you don't got meds, but alot of people use it wrong. you shouldn't just hide in a corner with it and wait for it to heal you. you should either drop it and let it heal your health while you pop a few cells, or use it to get to full hp faster with syringes instead of letting it slowly heal you all the way. another thing you can do is drop it in the middle of a mid-ranged fight or drop fight, as in those beginning moments, every little bit of hp counts, and it's easier to exchange damage with someone and make them back off; you're healing with the drone while they are running away, meaning you can push them back faster, and with an advantage. and in a mid ranged fight, if its already out, you can let it top you off while you fiddle with your shields and reload instead of wasting time doing it yourself. her ultimate can give your team some very important loot that might make or break their loadout, and that's out of combat; personally i drop my care package mid-fight for a potential armor swap, or some extra meds if me or my team is running low. conclusion? lifeline is all about managing yourself quickly and efficiently, and getting back into the fight asap before the enemy is ready to push you again; that way, you can stay on top of the game. not staying back and expecting your team to run back to you in they need health. basically, she can be just as, if not more aggressive a player than that of even path finder or wraith if you play her properly. because instead of running away from a fight for however long it takes to heal up, she gets back in much faster.
Bro, Crypto is so useful. I main him and jesus can he pack a punch even with randoms. Grabbing banners from distance and knowing if you can be third partied or attacked is nice. His new buff is also really nice and tbh he should get more love. His drone is actually pretty solid.
As a lifeline main, its very useful to always have fast healing, we dont need to wait 30 seconds to be able to use it, we can revive our teammates faster when we want, dont have to wait. Our tactical lets us heal even faster, we deploy it, shield up, and heal the rest with a syringe, and when we have shit armor/helmets/etc we deploy our birthday present
As an xbox player , many players are basically new or not hardcore apex players , they tend to choose easy legends like lifeline and pathfinder ( pathfinder isn't really easy but the concept of grapple is easier to understand and use than other legends ) . My friend , new to the game , asked me what legend should I main in apex , i said gibby wraith or path , he said I'm never doing wraith , and when asked him why he said he doesn't understand how to use her phase ability, and he always gets killed right after phasing . And actually it's true , wraith's phase is hard to master and confuses new players on when to do it and when not to , although it can be very rewarding if used right . So this is what I think is the reason behind it .
Gibby main here, on Xbox. Xbox meta (usual teams) are a gibby wraith pathfinder or bloodhound. Aka the top legends but without knowledge of the other systems play styles it’s a lot of knock down and thirsts midfight. So mobility to get in get out is usually what people go for.
I main Bangalore. Once you get her kit even tho it’s easy to use, you can destroy. The smoke can be used to revive teammates, and to get away. Her ultimate is good in late games to push
For Bangalore, I think her passif is extremely strong. She’s able to easily disengage and even strikes back from another angle, driving the enemy team insane
I think caustic so low as watts on is better at locking down areas and people hate having him on team as he is annoying for trametaes when the smoke slows and mildly blinds you
I think the key thing with Lifeline is that she's not a bad legend at all, she's just being overshadowed by Gibby so he needs to be brought down a peg. To make Lifeline more viable I'd like to see them remove the faster revive for Gibby... He was good before they even added that, if they wanted to go further they could increase the cooldown of the dome. Or maybe they could further reduce Gibby's gun shield to something like 30. But to sweeten the pot for Lifeline I'd like to see them reduce the Gold Shield effect to 33% or somewhere around there but make it stack with Lifeline's passive (and also Gibby's dome effect just to make it consistent). This would make her passive actually worth something late game, and again it's more about pulling the other legends down slightly. You still want to pop a batt in 2.5 secs without using your tactical? Then choose Lifeline. They could also increase the total amount and rate of how much her DOC can heal, even if just slightly. To make her ultimate better they could make it so that it's guaranteed purple shield, med kit and a batt. I'm not sure what else you could really do with her ult tbh, maybe just a total rework of that is needed.
I main Bangalore and Wattson, I think the smokes are good if you play them properly. If you use them to run away or shoot them at the enemy they're useful, but not on your own teammates. Plus I think Wattson is fun, especially when you secure an entire building and can step back and admire your work.
Ever since the new event, I’ve noticed so many caustics, so I think it’s safe to say that for some unknown reason his pick rate has dramatically increased
I am a lifeline and wraith main. The reason lifeline is good is both because the heal drone is good, but also because there is no cooldown on the quick heal and quick revive. Gibraltar gotta use his shield to have fast heal and fast rev
Lifelines ult is never useless, she can get heals and armour swaps mid battle. You can also use the package as cover or a distraction. The only part that's useless is the fact that its completely random, it should be like an actual care package that gives you heals mid battle instead of a random sniper scope. She is the combat medic (AND ONLY SUPPORT) after all so it wouldnt hurt to show that she has experience in the medical field by giving her a passive that's just like the gold backpack. If you actually use her correctly you can block any incoming bullets or nades with your revive shield so it doesn't hurt you or your squad while you can all heal up behind the shield.
Slightly late but I personally main Lifeline as she was my first character pick and she seems to fit my playstyle best, whilst mixing with my friends' styles too. I'm normally mid-range and more passive than aggresive, so I can use her drone more easily than in CQB. The revival shield gives me that bit more confidence to aggressively revive instead of risking the clutch, and tactically using it to block damage in fights has saved me multiple times... But my newest reason is oddly the Evo Shield! Lifeline's ability to use meds faster means I don't need the gold shield, and can pass that to a teammate. So I may as we get the extra 25 shield, right? It's not too risky due to my range, and I seem to be one of few that like the Evo at the moment as a result! Edit: I forgot to mention the ultimate. I don't use it often in WE due to vaults, but in KC, it does seem to give more reliable purple shields for teammates! The extra meds help too, but I wouldn't be against a changed Ultimate.
Thats awesome my friend:) my squad runs a lifeline as well mostly just because he enjoys playing her and we all totally support that. The game is about having fun and you make a lot of good points about her being able to clutch really well
I play Bangalore as my main on Xbox. I honestly think the lower pick rate of wraith is either due to people on xbox being younger and less sweaty so they feel more comfortable playing fun characters like mirage or lifeline while wraith may be a bit intimidating. I play Bangalore even in worlds edge just since she's still super useful in pubs and honestly not too many people seem to pick up digital threats. Therefore whether to push or hide I can use her smokes and to deny I can use her ult.
Tbh I think Bangalore is quite a good kit since her passive is really good and her smoke is good for rotating out in the open ( I only play ranked with teammates on discord ) especially when bloodhound and bangalore are used together she can be really good and in tight fights the ult can be used as a way to kinda space out some fights
I am a Pathfinder main I've only just started to get back into the game now that season 4 has rolled around since the launch of the game I've always been fond of the grapple hook in all games the mobility he has is what I look for he can get in and out of fights as he pleases he can swing to a roof for a quick heal
My friend hes a Mirage main and we played rank together, he find it really offensive because Mirage does have a passive which makes you invisible when you get knocked to avoid thirsting

Lifelines passive is healing and revive 25% faster, all the time! why wouldn’t you use her? In order for Gibby to do that he needs to be in a shield that can be seen from the moon.
Gibby has an extra 50 hp, 15% damage reduction, a fast revive, and a crazy good ult. Lifeline is simply outclassed.
The lifeline shield is no different. You can hear and see it from anywhere. Also you get the gibby shield back soo quickly. He's just better imo overall
Lifeline is outclassed by gibby when it comes to the revive already. Only thing lifeline has going is her ult but even then its a roll of the dice. Her tact is alright but not necessary. Gibby is all round better than lifeline.

If you could send out 2 decoys that once put out if not shot and taken out once they acquire a target the decoys become like automatic drones that fire pistol shots at the enemy for 5 damage a shot? Until destroyed or times out. Just make the decoys always have the wingman since that's like Mirages gun. EDIT: Also so enemies can identify the decoys if they are smart.
Don’t make decoys spawn when he does invisible. It doesn’t do anything. Make the ult last 2 seconds longer and give a 20% speed boost in the ult. Decoys should just move like actual players
Bangalore player here, the reason why I think she’s great is utility. Her passive is arguably best in the game and pretty much always active and useful in fights. Most newer Bangalore players can hurt team with smoke but use it right and it’s amazing. Pop it on a death box for a safe shield swap or on a knocked enemy for hidden finisher. If a team has high ground sniping you can ruin their vision with a smoke. And it goes without saying her escapability is undeniable. 30% speed plus smokes makes her a pain to finish off.
I totally agree that her passive is totally amazing. Her ult is a huge pitfall for her tho and I do agree the smoke is good in certain instances. I can't wait for kings canyon so I can main her again :) she's so much better on kc

ngl, her ultimate isn't really used to be offensive, i mean it IS created to be offensive but i am pretty sure every 700 kill+ Bangalore uses her ultimate defensively, gatekeeping the storm, disengaging and third partying. extremely useful if you are respawning your teammate and don't wanna get Third Partied. However, her ultimate still needs a buff, like maybe shorten the time the missiles explode or make the AOE of explosion is bigger and the blinding is kinda longer

I think I main lifeline because her abilities have saved me several times. Her Passive is really useful, especially in mid/long range fights because you can get your Teammates back up no matter what you're being shot at with. D.O.C is useful if you're low on meds or don't have a Phoenix kit because you can use shields and heal at the same time. Finally, her ultimate can be used as cover if there is none and give you an extra purple shield if needed!
I know gibby basically has her passive and a much better ultimate and a gun shield and takes less damage and can put down a massive dome shield which nothing can shoot through, but...

Since it was buffed its actually viable damage too. They doubled the damage and I think increased the number of bombs because you used to be able to sit between two bombs and be fine, now you need to either fall back or find cover.

I’m a Bangalore main and her ultimate is mostly used for positioning or breaking up squads like a third party. Her smoke is disorienting but it is used to escape, revive, or just heal up. Ppl underestimate her and it stinks
I switched from Mirage to Bangalore. Her passive is such a life saver! And smoke + digithreat makes her OP. I like to do chip damage with smoke grenades and then drop the ulti on the other team. I get at least 2 shield break per match xD

Bangalore is a good character as you win the game when you get a digital threat, you can blind snipers, revive teammates and heal up safely with the smoke. In addition to that, she has the most unpredictable and best passive in the game and her ultimate is good for getting a nice health advantage and forcing early rotations.
Maining bang rn is quite perfect for competitive players, you can use her to get away from good players better than wraith, her passive is rlly fun and can give u a major advantage while straifing with a wingdude, you can use her ult to cut off a push so your team can back off and rotate.

Dear friend.... Bangalore's smoke is absurdly useful. Offense, defense, resurrecting teammates, etc. In addition, her passive allows you to run faster than Usain Bolt on crack cocaine when you’re shot at. Combine that with her smoke and you can evade entire teams with ease. Bangalore is literally Danny Glover from Predator 2.

Wraith being the most picked character is not just based entirely on her abilities and her hitbox , she she is the most picked bcoz come on everybody knows it that she is kind of attractive and has a hot model and we cannot forget the fact that wraith is literally the favourite child of apex bcoz they use her to advertise the most , she got the first heirloom , she has the coolest skins and much more AND I REALLY DON'T THINK THAT WRAITH NEEDS ANY MORE NERF but I definitely want her pick rates to go down but not by nerfing her but buffing every other weak legend
I think respawn is way tooo scared to give something powerful to new legends ( for example they literally didn't even give Revenanat tactical good enough to climb high enough to b useful while pathfinder already can literally climb anywhere within seconds and I think respawn should rather make a broken legend at first rather than a dumb ass like Revenanat and crypto ( when he first came out )

We should also take into account that some Legends you gotta buy with a current which would obviously lower pickrate between new players, players that don't have the required ammount, and players who don't want that Legend at all. Like a soft lock on pick percentages. Not to mention win percentages on characters can be skewed depending on their pick rate. I'll give an example.
20 Wraith players and only 5 win. That equals a 25% win rate.
10 Caustic players and only 5 win. That equals a 50% win rate.
This is the reason why stats are so difficult to get accurate. Too many requirements. You need a lot of people in the test group, take into account every circumstance, and account for group sizes. There's problem much more but yeah.

D.O.C healing drone is really helpful for almost any situation.
the ult is pretty useless in the endgame but sometimes crucial in getting purp shields midgame
lifeline and wraith are arguably the best legends while crouch strafing as it makes them really hard to hit
think about it , gibby can be destroyed easily with any weapon due to his hitbox
so he kinda needed the buffs he got (except the revive faster).
i also like to use lifelines drop for cover if im in an open area. I agree with your points but gibby just feels so much stronger than her. He also takes 15% less damage(from fortify) to make up for the fact that hes a chunkster

Crypto is pretty good especially if you got a squad for good communication. Pretty useful in situations especially knowing if there are people near your area and third party with his emp.. I guess one of the reasons why people doesn't always pick him coz they prefer to be aggressive OR they just dunno how to use him like droning in the open area or they're in the drone for toooo long (I drone a bit long if my team camps and we're in the middle of the ring and there are no enemies nearby so I drone to hunt people down and to know their whereabouts) playing crypto helps me to be better in my movements coz he doesn't have escape or defensive abilities. He's my numba one ♥️ also I think it's great if he has a buff where he can EMP even if his drone is on his back.

@@Mkkoramz There's a lot of ways on Self-EMP to his advantage. One example is I lose my shield, I run for cover, use EMP to myself while charging up my armor. They got stunned and armor reduced, teammates back you up, enemy is down. 🤷 I think it's no big deal if he can EMP himself, at least his teammates can't be slowed down anymore. And it would be a bit OP for me if he doesn't take any damage from his own ult.
I’m a mirage main and the thing about mirage is his ult it is way too obvious where he is he kicks up a tornado of dust and they need to change his “ passive”, fix his ult (or just change it),and add a second charge to his tactical

as a lifeline main right from the start the reason i used her was because the faster healing was beneficial to me (shields) the D.O.C. is still good to help me and teammates out but because of worlds edge being so open and gibraltar basically stealing lifelines abilities she’s become more unusable to play as. her ult is okay but they never have extended light mags or a normal scope etc so the purple body shield is the most beneficial thing. her shield when reviving teammates is also pretty useless because like I said of how open worlds edge is.
I’ve been playing as wattson in season 4 because during season 3 lifeline didn’t really become enjoyable to play as I still play her sometimes and she will always be my main but she requires a particular playstyle and I don’t think worlds edge offers that

No, it wasn't a joke... Every recon legend will be able to do that when the update comes out (it has been leaked a few weeks ago already) also every defensive legend will revive with extra shields, every offensive legend will have extra grenade slots in the inventory and every support legend (only lifeline right now) will be able to gain extra loot from blue supply bins.

Gib being able to fast heal is very different than lifeline. Lifeline doesn’t need to throw down the shield and disrupt the fight. I don’t use the fast heal to get back to full hp in the middle of a fight, I use it to sneak a shield cell quickly while being pushed. Also her Rez shield is very useful when dodging shots. Her ultimate makes great cover and is an armor swap for late game small ring fights. Also d.o.c. Is amazing for healing while also shielding. Gibby is a very chunky and blocky character. Even with his damage reduction, if he doesn’t have his gun shield out he is gonna get fried. It’s like if someone spent 500 hours playing and learning octane, they aren’t just gonna give up and switch to another legend that gets over buffed.

In my squad there's always a 50% chance of someone picking a mirage and same with octane even in ranked (and i hate it)
A video idea is to show the hitbox of each legend and say if they need a buff on their hitbox or nerf and their hasn't been a video or picture showing the hitbox since season 0
We use lifeline bc the bookbag loadout have been decrease she has a small hitbox also faster healing especially the Shield batteries and she has the chance of getting a purple shield
Gibby gives the whole team the ability to heal as fast as lifeline when they're in his dome tho

My emphasis tho was on the team aspect because as a healer lifelines job is to look after the team and she can only heal herself faster. Also Gibby can lob the shield pretty far now, just under 20m. And it doesn't matter in a 1v1 against Gibby because you might be able to heal fast but in that time he gets his arm shield back up which is another 75 damage you need to deal again

Gibby shouldn’t have fast heal and fast revive in his shield. Lifeline is the medic Gibby isn’t. I think Gibby is fine with his gun shield and bombardment and dome. Not to mention he has 15% reduction. Lifeline does need a buff to her Ultimate it is terrible, I’m a lifeline main I would know. Don’t say there is no reason to use lifeline when you use the most basic common legend.
My Mirage stats aren’t bad, then again I’m not a bad player either.

As a lifeline main, some buffs i suggest are:
-Let D.O.C heal faster/not get destroyed by circle
-Remove her passive(s) from gibby completely
-Give her a complete ult rework
-And just MAYBE if you are lifeline, your team can heal faster? Maybe just like 10-15%
I agree with this. I'd like to see her get an area heal that gives 30% health back to all teammates. Or an ult which gives all teammates temporary 50% heal (Max's out at 110hp) and gives them a temporary speed boost so she could stim up the team before or during a fight

I know this is an unpopular opinion but for me personally wraith is just a worse pathfinder. Like, her portal is nice, but recharges slow compared to pathfinders zip line, people can also wait you out and kill you as soon as you leave, while she also can’t use it to reach any good positions and is vulnerable while setting the portal. Her Q ability is just useless for most players that pick her, because they don’t really know how to use it properly, everyone can still see where you’re going and, again, wait you out, while you also don’t have the slightest amount of actual mobility compared to pathfinder and it recharges slower. Her passive is pretty useful for a team, but in a map like world’s edge, where it is so easy to be surrounded by many squads at once, it doesn’t help as much as it could, while pathfinders passive is literally OP considering you can, again, get the best in the next ring and your whole squad can plan accordingly. Personally, I main pathfinder, but also like lifeline for her clutch drone moments, as well as watson and crypto, since if you’re playing with a full pre-made squad, his intel is huge. I never pick mirage, revenant or bangalore for the reasons mentioned in the video, and wraith very rarely, as like explained, she just feels inferior to pathfinder, most people probably pick her only cause she looks good/has the best skins and best heirloom etc.
This is such a well thought out comment. I actually tend to agree with you. I genuinly enjoy playing Pathfinder over wraith but someone in my squad runs path so I take the queen 😂

Tytan Gaming True, but I can’t count how many times I have a wraith that starts setting portals mid fight to “be able to get out of the situation” which doesn’t really make sense, cause she has to walk all the way to place the portal, then portal back etc. But same goes for a lot of legends, path is pretty bad if you don’t know how to use him, like people just zipping straight are easy to hit and even I get stuck with his zip line from time to time, completely ruining the flow of my push 🤭😳

Tytan Gaming because one everyone sees a wraith that’s the pain one they’ll go for. While she’s dropping a portal a full squad would literally ignore the rest of her team and fill in attack her. Plus I just feel like her mobility isn’t as good as Pathfinders. You can get out of some sticky situations with him but as soon as you try to faze out of something with wraith you’re basically venerable
Ahmod Klass if you’re using a wraith portal you should have ur tactical ready to use so you not just a sitting duck. Also I get how it can be hard if you’re not communicating with ur team but if you’re getting targeted as you drop the portal just tell your team to go through the portal and help you. And you can play around the portal.

As a Crypto main, my opinion on Crypto is that if a squad can facilitate his scouting with a more defensive play style. The team can benefit greatly. But the main thing he brings to the table of course is his quips where he calls the other people idiots. Spam them, use them on the drop ship, etc.

I main lifeline cause if I'm in a gun battle and I'm low on health I can put my heal drone Down while Shielded by her wall and she can reuse it over and over but for her buff she could give some extra health when reviving and you can't walk through the shield it would make her alot stronger
I main bengalore. She is very good for distraction. and her ultimate has a very long range. I knocked and killed a lot of peoeple with her ult. And i am level 230 so it is not only new players. When i was a new player i startet with gibbi and wriath. No offense btw
It’s almost like being able to always know if youre gonna get ambushed, pressing q for a get out of jail free card, and an ultimate that can easily get your entire team out or into a tense situation with no risk until theyre at the chosen position is a little overpowered.
The reason not much xbox players play the spooky chick is cuz almost all pathfinders on Xbox are good with the grapple making her abilities useless. Also you will see more people on Xbox trying to troll like with Gas traps then pc and ps4. I have played on all of the 3 and I have gotten trapped in a small room in bunker so many times I can’t even count on Xbox compared to ps4 and pc. So Xbox has a less serious players besides the pathfinders

i’m a Bangalore main, so here’s my reasons:
I always use R9, Wingy, or PK and use a digi on them and my teammates will as well for my smoke. the ultimate kinda sucks but I at least use it for defense. but my fav thing about her which can still be pretty selfish is her passive ability the double time. she starts FLYING when she gets shot at. character wise, she’s also never really been messed with much for damage numbers or anything and always been super solid.
Lifeline's been my main since before season 1
I can't just throw her away because one chunky boi is OP. I hope her kit receives a buff soon.
As a crypto main, I find him incredibly useful during fights
For example: he could use his drone
And place it directly above the fight and use his neurolink ability to point out the enemies
2.8k kills on mirage here. Always thought he was underrated tbh. Going invisible when downed actually allows me to get away for a self rez quite often. He just works for me cause I enjoy the solo/trolly play style and I can 1v3 more often with him than i can with any other legend. He's all about control and surprise. Super fun.
I think the one thing about lifeline that’s better than gibby is that she has better “on-demand” abilities. Her Ult is just bad, but her passive people say is just worse gibby, but you can move around and cancel the sheild, unlike gibby, and if you need it but it’s on its 10 second cool down, welp someone’s not getting a Rez. Also her tactical is unique from gibby, and is the only ability where it lets you fight in level 2 storm, get down to one shot, and still use a med lot to survive. One time I won a fight with both my teammates out, and I was at like 10 hp third storm, I used the tactical and the fast healing let me get out of the zone in time. We got second place in that game instead of the 11th we would have had. Bet gibby couldn’t do that.

as someone who played blood forever and knows how weak his tactical used to be, you have no idea how happy it made me to see him get such a strong buff
lifeline player here. gibby can do some things that lifeline can do, but where he falls short compared to her is that while he is CAPABLE of doing what she can, she can ALWAYS do it. faster heal rates, revive shield, faster revive rate. the revive sheild is also amazing, because not only does it block incoming damage, but it forces people to either let you get your rez of, or push you, making them fight your teammate, or you if you bait them with a pk up in their face. i've saved plenty of people from grenades with it too. and that's just passive. the way you could use said passive, is hella flexible; you have the ability to peek for a fight, pull back, pop a quick cell and be back in while the other dude might still be healing. and if not, you're still at an extra 25 health advantage. the drone, yeah its nice if you don't got meds, but alot of people use it wrong. you shouldn't just hide in a corner with it and wait for it to heal you. you should either drop it and let it heal your health while you pop a few cells, or use it to get to full hp faster with syringes instead of letting it slowly heal you all the way. another thing you can do is drop it in the middle of a mid-ranged fight or drop fight, as in those beginning moments, every little bit of hp counts, and it's easier to exchange damage with someone and make them back off; you're healing with the drone while they are running away, meaning you can push them back faster, and with an advantage. and in a mid ranged fight, if its already out, you can let it top you off while you fiddle with your shields and reload instead of wasting time doing it yourself. her ultimate can give your team some very important loot that might make or break their loadout, and that's out of combat; personally i drop my care package mid-fight for a potential armor swap, or some extra meds if me or my team is running low.
conclusion? lifeline is all about managing yourself quickly and efficiently, and getting back into the fight asap before the enemy is ready to push you again; that way, you can stay on top of the game. not staying back and expecting your team to run back to you in they need health. basically, she can be just as, if not more aggressive a player than that of even path finder or wraith if you play her properly. because instead of running away from a fight for however long it takes to heal up, she gets back in much faster.
Bro, Crypto is so useful. I main him and jesus can he pack a punch even with randoms. Grabbing banners from distance and knowing if you can be third partied or attacked is nice. His new buff is also really nice and tbh he should get more love. His drone is actually pretty solid.

As a lifeline main, its very useful to always have fast healing, we dont need to wait 30 seconds to be able to use it, we can revive our teammates faster when we want, dont have to wait. Our tactical lets us heal even faster, we deploy it, shield up, and heal the rest with a syringe, and when we have shit armor/helmets/etc we deploy our birthday present
Pathfinders been my main since season 1, I’m not any good I just have a lot of fun with the grapple, nice to see him getting so much love now

As an xbox player , many players are basically new or not hardcore apex players , they tend to choose easy legends like lifeline and pathfinder ( pathfinder isn't really easy but the concept of grapple is easier to understand and use than other legends ) .
My friend , new to the game , asked me what legend should I main in apex , i said gibby wraith or path , he said I'm never doing wraith , and when asked him why he said he doesn't understand how to use her phase ability, and he always gets killed right after phasing . And actually it's true , wraith's phase is hard to master and confuses new players on when to do it and when not to , although it can be very rewarding if used right .
So this is what I think is the reason behind it .

Gibby main here, on Xbox. Xbox meta (usual teams) are a gibby wraith pathfinder or bloodhound. Aka the top legends but without knowledge of the other systems play styles it’s a lot of knock down and thirsts midfight. So mobility to get in get out is usually what people go for.
I main Bangalore. Once you get her kit even tho it’s easy to use, you can destroy. The smoke can be used to revive teammates, and to get away. Her ultimate is good in late games to push
For Bangalore, I think her passif is extremely strong. She’s able to easily disengage and even strikes back from another angle, driving the enemy team insane
I play life line as my friend is a try hard Gibby and when she has her drone to protect u from shots when reviving team mates
With crypto if you hold down the ability button it leaves the drone extremely fast so it’s practically dropping it without entering

On Xbox everybody picks octane instead of wraith for some reason.
I think the key thing with Lifeline is that she's not a bad legend at all, she's just being overshadowed by Gibby so he needs to be brought down a peg. To make Lifeline more viable I'd like to see them remove the faster revive for Gibby... He was good before they even added that, if they wanted to go further they could increase the cooldown of the dome. Or maybe they could further reduce Gibby's gun shield to something like 30. But to sweeten the pot for Lifeline I'd like to see them reduce the Gold Shield effect to 33% or somewhere around there but make it stack with Lifeline's passive (and also Gibby's dome effect just to make it consistent). This would make her passive actually worth something late game, and again it's more about pulling the other legends down slightly. You still want to pop a batt in 2.5 secs without using your tactical? Then choose Lifeline. They could also increase the total amount and rate of how much her DOC can heal, even if just slightly. To make her ultimate better they could make it so that it's guaranteed purple shield, med kit and a batt. I'm not sure what else you could really do with her ult tbh, maybe just a total rework of that is needed.
I main Bangalore and Wattson, I think the smokes are good if you play them properly. If you use them to run away or shoot them at the enemy they're useful, but not on your own teammates. Plus I think Wattson is fun, especially when you secure an entire building and can step back and admire your work.
Ever since the new event, I’ve noticed so many caustics, so I think it’s safe to say that for some unknown reason his pick rate has dramatically increased
I am a lifeline and wraith main. The reason lifeline is good is both because the heal drone is good, but also because there is no cooldown on the quick heal and quick revive. Gibraltar gotta use his shield to have fast heal and fast rev

Lifelines ult is never useless, she can get heals and armour swaps mid battle. You can also use the package as cover or a distraction. The only part that's useless is the fact that its completely random, it should be like an actual care package that gives you heals mid battle instead of a random sniper scope.
She is the combat medic (AND ONLY SUPPORT) after all so it wouldnt hurt to show that she has experience in the medical field by giving her a passive that's just like the gold backpack.
If you actually use her correctly you can block any incoming bullets or nades with your revive shield so it doesn't hurt you or your squad while you can all heal up behind the shield.

Slightly late but I personally main Lifeline as she was my first character pick and she seems to fit my playstyle best, whilst mixing with my friends' styles too.
I'm normally mid-range and more passive than aggresive, so I can use her drone more easily than in CQB. The revival shield gives me that bit more confidence to aggressively revive instead of risking the clutch, and tactically using it to block damage in fights has saved me multiple times... But my newest reason is oddly the Evo Shield! Lifeline's ability to use meds faster means I don't need the gold shield, and can pass that to a teammate. So I may as we get the extra 25 shield, right? It's not too risky due to my range, and I seem to be one of few that like the Evo at the moment as a result!
Edit: I forgot to mention the ultimate. I don't use it often in WE due to vaults, but in KC, it does seem to give more reliable purple shields for teammates! The extra meds help too, but I wouldn't be against a changed Ultimate.

Blood usage is going up more and more since his scan is op even I started using him and I love crypto and wraith and octane
I play Bangalore as my main on Xbox. I honestly think the lower pick rate of wraith is either due to people on xbox being younger and less sweaty so they feel more comfortable playing fun characters like mirage or lifeline while wraith may be a bit intimidating. I play Bangalore even in worlds edge just since she's still super useful in pubs and honestly not too many people seem to pick up digital threats. Therefore whether to push or hide I can use her smokes and to deny I can use her ult.
Tbh I think Bangalore is quite a good kit since her passive is really good and her smoke is good for rotating out in the open ( I only play ranked with teammates on discord ) especially when bloodhound and bangalore are used together she can be really good and in tight fights the ult can be used as a way to kinda space out some fights
I am a Pathfinder main I've only just started to get back into the game now that season 4 has rolled around since the launch of the game I've always been fond of the grapple hook in all games the mobility he has is what I look for he can get in and out of fights as he pleases he can swing to a roof for a quick heal
My friend hes a Mirage main and we played rank together, he find it really offensive because Mirage does have a passive which makes you invisible when you get knocked to avoid thirsting
