Cumbrian Farming 2023. Ploughing with the 7810 on a very windy day in May.

Ploughing some very heavy land that had laid dormant for quite a few years was a lovely Ford 7810 and Kveneland plough combination. Really sticky going in parts but the classic Ford coped admirably. Unfortunately I also captured a lot of wind noise but you could still hear that lovely Ford 6-cylinder engine above it and I was grateful to the owner who let me into the cab to get warmed up! Filmed in Cumbria, May 2023.

Thanks Soren. Yes it probably would have benefited from a disc harrow been run over first but with the weather changing for the worse the next day it was probably best to bash on with the plough. Pleased you enjoyed the video, cheers David.
