Hello RuinousInsight. Have you ever thought to be a caster, to cast some games from total war or other games? just asking :) For example, there are some casters, who cast Age of Empire 2 DE and they are popular, even when they play bad at that game. (sorry for bad english)

I insist that, in order to make new World Eaters CSM, they take Karens and extract from their minds, bodies, and souls the distilled essence of eternal irritability and mindless, petulant, near-autistic rage that fuels them, turn it into a psychoactive drug, inject the aspirants with that drug, put the aspirants in a BMV Waiting Room VR Simulation for weeks on end, then force these aspirants to sit in rush hour traffic with a car full of grade schoolers who are siblings and only have themselves to keep themselves entertained with for several years, one day after the next.
Either that, or they let them browse the internet for a long enough time unsupervised.
