    In retrospect this was an absolutely insane (and TOTALLY Kojima) way to indicate that the game had reached the halfway mark

      Chapter 2 was more of an epilogue than a second half.

    I wish I had more MGSV to play, what an amazing game. My only critique is that it should’ve been a bit longer/had more content like the subsistence missions.

    Looking back on it, MGS5 could have been the best game of all time, but for so many reasons, it fell short. I still think it’s excellent, even one of my all time favorites, but some glaring problems really held it back

    My exact reaction. “Do I have to play more of this game?”. I’ve always loved MGS, but this game did nothing for me. I begrudgingly finished chapter 1, but then gave up and just watched some TH-cam videos of chapter 2.
    I probably feel the same as Dan does about RDR2. It’s a sequel to something I hold dear, but it was incredibly disappointing to me
