I’ve watched this video three times now. Thanks for the video. I live in Utah and so I need to plan to ride Thunder Mountain Trail. Hopefully late Spring or Summer. It doesn’t look too technical, but of course Yuka flows over the technical challenges, making them look easier than they really are.
One of my favorite trails. Last time was all fun till we found a German biker coming down the trail with broken ankle, and foot just hanging from the tendons. 90’f and I rushed 4-5 miles to parking lot, grabbed my cell and called ambulance while my wife watched and care for this fellow biker in so much pain!
I'm here boondocking right now and I'll be mountain biking this trail in a few days as soon as I get back from riding my dirtbike on the 60 mile Fremont trail. SO much to do here!
I love this video. I watched it five times. Beautiful location. We named our son Bryce because of the beauty of the area. Also your videos are fun and I love how nice you treat your wife. You make it apparent that you are best friends and enjoy the journey together. Keep up the good work.
Man this is so fucking awesome. Dusty but not too much, Trees but not in the way, sick view without extreme exposures. And then this cool deserty utah flair.
I've been to Bryce Canyon, drove through those tunnels, but I was not yet a mountain biker! This trail has been high on my list for a while! I absolutely love that area. So beautiful!
Eric dude! C'mon!! it's amazing how you generate the atmosphere that you want in the video, just with the musical selection, the quote of "Red Dead Redemption" and that song with the Old Wild West style!! That is the best quality of your videos and what i enjoy most!! Chapó!! Greatings from Chile!!
Oh wow! The sky is so blue! No riding in Ohio this week....blizzards, rainstorms, and now wind chills below zero....enjoy some of that for us! 😊 Love Utah!
I love this trail! You are spot on when talking about local trails. I live 4 hours from this trail and my friends and I will drive down in the morning, ride the trail, and then drive home in the same day! It's fun to have those adventures. Next time you are in Utah and you want a trail off the beaten path, ride The Wedge trail in the San Rafael Swell. It's about 1.5 hours outside of Moab.
2019 did this, best topography ever but hey, I’ve been to BryceNP 3 times... it is Epic and a must do. 68 I did it, with the wisdom of my age harnessing my Adventurous spirit, going slower. MLM, my life matters too😎SBs are not as easy as appeared, also many different sized loose, pebbles and rock increasing to 12” rocks pooled in them. I will do it again, right after the trip from 18 Road, FHD
Unbelievable landscapes, epic vid!! Bet it was hard to keep your eyes on the trail. Dying for a High Plains Drifer montage! Come on Eric and Yuka give me your best Eastwood.
This past summer I had the opportunity to go ride this trail, and it was amazing! I still have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that this trail exists!!
Wow! What an awesome trail and you did a great job capturing it. Exactly the type of trail I love. Must plan a trip out there just to go ride it. Thanks for bringing us along.
damn man what a cool flowey trail. also super awesome with a hardtail. the scenery is insane would spend more time taking photos than riding lol. thanks for the adventure.
Great video brother! I'll be moving to Utah from Oklahoma in a couple of month's. Can't wait to get out there and do some good mountain biking. Keep up the great work. 👍👍
The geologist in me enjoys that you did your homework to explain the hoodoos. It's interesting that you were thinking about red dead, all the talk of thunder mountain and hoodoos brought me straight back to playing tf2
When you got to the top of white point at 6:10 and your brakes squealed, I thought it was the beginning of ‘Let’s get it on’ by Marvin Gaye for a hot sec 😂
Hoodoo formation is a bit more complex, but it's largely secondary to the frequent freeze/thaw cycles in that area: www.nps.gov/brca/learn/nature/hoodoos.htm
When were you there? I did the ride a couple of years ago in late Sept. Later I did Rainbow Rim #10, which is on the west side of the north rim of the GC, but north of the park boundary. It had great views of the GC.
If Juka is hard to please you must be amazing guy! 😉😁 Wish we had trails like this in the mountains of Croatia, but our terrain is so rocky and so are the trails, flowy sections are rare and everything in between is mostly annoying to ride, so I have to stick to fire roads most of the time
I hiked Bryce Canyon about a year and a half ago, didn't know you could ride nearby at Red Canyon. Next time I'm out there I have to check it out! (Just a note I don't think you're missing anything by not playing RDR2. I loved the first one too, but the second one was kind of meh.)
Great video! Hmm...hike Bryce Canyon, or MTB in Red Canyon? No brainer. I'm glad you decided to do this ride, because it looks like a great "get away day" for a trip to Moab to just take a chill ride and see some cool stuff. How long is the car ride from Moab?
The beauty of the places you go to...
This trail looks awesome! Thanks for showing us trails that not everyone else is showing.

5:05 That's some nice bearings Yuka has on her pedals there! :D
ha! she'll ride them till she can't anymore!

Wow, such great memories coming up... My wife and I rode that trail in 2004 and the great scenery is present like we did it yesterday.
I'm here boondocking right now and I'll be mountain biking this trail in a few days as soon as I get back from riding my dirtbike on the 60 mile Fremont trail. SO much to do here!
Great video as usual! The editing, the views, the humor, the music - just perfect, thank you :)
That trail looks incredible!!!
Nice trail! You guys make it look easy.
Cool trail! They obviously aren't to the scale of these but there are hoodoos right by Farimont Hot springs and Kimberly in BC.
I love this video. I watched it five times. Beautiful location. We named our son Bryce because of the beauty of the area. Also your videos are fun and I love how nice you treat your wife. You make it apparent that you are best friends and enjoy the journey together. Keep up the good work.
Another Epic ride for my bucket list! Love it! 😉👍
Thanks Luis! So many trails to ride, so little time!
Man this is so fucking awesome. Dusty but not too much, Trees but not in the way, sick view without extreme exposures. And then this cool deserty utah flair.

Trees!!! and rocks that stand like trees!!!! The views = amazing!
haha, they certainly do stand like trees!

Thanks, spend a lot of time trying to choose the right tracks!
@@BCpov does the track have a particular name? Thank you have been trying to find it:)
Little behind on this one, but I can't wait to cast it to my 55" TV at home. What great scenery!!
Super edit dude. Love it. The music makes it more special. 😃🚵👍
thanks niek! i spent a lot of time finding the right music!
@@BCpov well buddy, You really nailed it!!!
Bob Dylan’s Thunder Mountain would be good too
Great stuff! Seemingly better and better every week.
Thanks Thunder! I try to make them a little better every week!
Really nice to see how it goes from red to white on the trail. The Scenary is amazing!
Wow. Incredible! You guys are very lucky.
This trail looks amazing!
So many epic views, awesome video.
This one was pretty special view wise, thats for sure!
Oh wow! The sky is so blue! No riding in Ohio this week....blizzards, rainstorms, and now wind chills below zero....enjoy some of that for us! 😊 Love Utah!
In mexico at the moment, it's pretty comfortable! I hope you can enjoy some winter sports when it's not terrible out!
BCpov oh yeah! You know it! My XC skis are ready for fun! 😊 Be safe down there, and don't drink the water lol!
Wow!! Awesome ride, what a place. Thanks for sharing

added to the wishlist!
Beautiful and Badass in one! Thx BCpov.
I rode that last year.
Super cool.
Camped at that campground at the base of the dirt.

Utah is gorgeous, good to know their are trails nearby big attractions, thanks for the heads up!
Unbelievable landscapes, epic vid!! Bet it was hard to keep your eyes on the trail. Dying for a High Plains Drifer montage! Come on Eric and Yuka give me your best Eastwood.
Very interesting and colorful environment ! And I envy you the warm weather, here in the middle of Europe is cold and snow..
Another great edit Eric, what incredible scenery. I love the hoodoos!
This past summer I had the opportunity to go ride this trail, and it was amazing! I still have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that this trail exists!!
Those colors were magnificent and loved the trail , looked like it had some good flow.
Wow! What an awesome trail and you did a great job capturing it. Exactly the type of trail I love. Must plan a trip out there just to go ride it. Thanks for bringing us along.
Eric, I checked out the trailforks link you provided but was curious which loop you took for this ride.
Your bike matches the trail hahaha (love the video, as usual)
That’s an amazing trail that I never heard of before. Thanks for the education
05:10 aha! Dude just likes quarks 😎
Beautiful route, great !!
I have been on this trail!! It’s a blast
Great video! Awesome terrain and views.
That is an exceptionally cool zone!
Such a beautiful place!!
Eric, you went to another planet man, surreal place!
It certainly felt like it!
wow that place had some amazing views , great song choice
I’ve run part of that trail on an interactive treadmill before, looks super cool on bike!!
interactive treadmill! crazy
Very pretty. I agree with the Red Dead comparison! RDR2 is fun but it'll be there for you when you are ready for it!
Another bucket Lister, thanks for finding that jem totally awesome. 😂😂😂😂
nice, Trail I will put on my todo list as I go to CO for my annual family gathering....
Sounds like it's on the way! I think it gets a bit snowy in the winter though :)
@@BCpov yeah.... it's a July gathering... :o]
Bryce canyon is amazing isn't it! That place took my breath away.
This place is just like my hometown: Cappadocia, Turkey. There are several valleys like this one.
Sweet trail!
damn man what a cool flowey trail. also super awesome with a hardtail. the scenery is insane would spend more time taking photos than riding lol. thanks for the adventure.
Woow that was super pretty. Thanks for sharing.
Oyyyyy, another great adventure.
Fantastic scenery and footage, thanks for sharing 👍🏼
Thanks for the sun, Michel need here in Europe.
awesome!!
VERY cool ride! I rode my motorcycle through those tunnels and took a leak on the side of the bike trail :-)
Nice! They're cool tunnels!
Great video brother! I'll be moving to Utah from Oklahoma in a couple of month's. Can't wait to get out there and do some good mountain biking. Keep up the great work. 👍👍
Very appropriate music!
The Zelda reference was a nice touch
That's so rad! 🤘🤙
“Take you bike, put it in your car, go drive somewhere...”
I’ll go tell my wife...
The geologist in me enjoys that you did your homework to explain the hoodoos.
It's interesting that you were thinking about red dead, all the talk of thunder mountain and hoodoos brought me straight back to playing tf2
Anybody with notifications turned on get a notification for this video?
BCpov yes I did.
Yep...I got the notification.
Sure did
Sure did.

Ya de vuelta en mi empleo !!! Y ya se estaba echando de menos un video !!! Saludos !!! Desde 🇨🇱 chile!!

Super video 👍😲
Thanks Mara!
When you got to the top of white point at 6:10 and your brakes squealed, I thought it was the beginning of ‘Let’s get it on’ by Marvin Gaye for a hot sec 😂
Those who dooooos are so rad.
Such a different cool place. Thanks for sharing. What width tyres do you run on the Nomad?
Hoodoo formation is a bit more complex, but it's largely secondary to the frequent freeze/thaw cycles in that area: www.nps.gov/brca/learn/nature/hoodoos.htm
Yup, i know, but that was too much for me to explain :)
When were you there? I did the ride a couple of years ago in late Sept. Later I did Rainbow Rim #10, which is on the west side of the north rim of the GC, but north of the park boundary. It had great views of the GC.
I think this was probably late november
nice ride

You are awesome 👊
its like thunder mountian at disneyland
I love Utah!
I don't think of deserts as beautiful per say but definitely interesting. 🤠
Damn, the video looks so crisp, I wish I could figure out the settings on the gopro and exporting to get videos to look like this.
Saweet!
What camera and software do you use ? The colors are amazing
Those I9 hubs so loud 🤫
Next few vids will still have that sound, sorry, I didn't know it would be so loud on camera!
What happened to you Onyx hubs? Definitely a better setup for a TH-camr.
I have them...the ride awesome, but the noise...it drives me crazy sometimes!
Love the music. For some reason it reminds me of a Quentin Tarantino movie.
love the zelda reference
glad you got that! I'm not sure everybody knows what a korok is!
I hiked Bryce Canyon about a year and a half ago, didn't know you could ride nearby at Red Canyon. Next time I'm out there I have to check it out! (Just a note I don't think you're missing anything by not playing RDR2. I loved the first one too, but the second one was kind of meh.)

Bryce is pretty amazing as well!
The trail itself look a little bit boring on the technical side, but the view is sooo stunning! Great filming, though! Keep it coming!
Zelda ❤️
yaaassss!
I love Utah.
My cousin is named Bryce. I should tell him to ride this trail lol.
anyone going to Sedona mtb festival, hope to see some nice dirt there!!
Was just there and the dirt is primo when I rode it!
Your wife is super awesome 😀😀😂😊😊 great video guys 😊😊😊😍😍
haha, yuka is the best, thanks sabrina!
How much assembly does it need
Is it just me or has your rear hub always been that loud?
its louder than I thought! the next few vids will have the same noise, sorry about that!
BCpov its all good! Won’t stop me from watching! Keep the content coming!!
Lol at the botw reference
background music name?
What was your total mileage for the ride?
