- At our shop in San Diego we are about 90 percent complete on this build using our custom tube frame, gas tank, exhaust, hub, and wire harness. So its time to take her for a test drive since it was about 75 degrees on this mid December sunny day!

Do these scooters have vin # or can you just get a tag for them. I want to buy the parts to make one but not start out with a ruckus. If that makes sense. I don't want to buy a ruckus and then throw everything away when i customize it so i rather buy the frame and motor and just do it up the way i like it.

That's what I say too. My ruckus doesn't have that bar. I don't think it even has a point behind it.
