How is it made?... that the selvedge is maintained from waistline through hip and knee curving to hem.

They make a sharpener for the dials. Save money in long run. I resharpen my box cutter blades all the time and not hav to buy new ones.

How do you get the pattern for the legs?
The old jeans were cloned, so I used the same measurements as the old jeans. Thank you for your question. MR. EWS
