Calibration of the display using windows calibration tool.... 1.lower the gamma level 2.decrease the colour level of RED AND GREEN.... just do this.... then you can't distinguis between the ips and wva

One thing that did bother me is the battery drainage after purchasing this laptop. One solution is that you go in power options, advance power setting and reduce maximum processor state to 60% or 75% on battery. This will limit the amount of frequency the processor can work. Example your processor can work at 4Ghz but if you limit it to 50% then it won't use more than 2Ghz. This might reduce performance but on battery all I do is browsing or reading pdfs. When I want 100% processor I just plug in the charger to get full performance while gaming.
@@butterbut7749 While playing games i don't decrease my processor's power. I just use Ryzen Controller to lock the temps at 90C and turn on AC in my room. I think if you have an AC in room then temp don't touch 90C.
I got this laptop (16 gb variant) for 75k and man the performance is awesome The first game i tested was valorant and i was actually getting 150-200 fps on high settings with v- sync off which was really amazing. Really happy with the performance. Thx to this vid i am glad i got it.

i have tried both tuf anf dell g15 5515 .. and i can tell u that 75 watt vs 95 watt tdp makes a huge difference... Tuf gives around 45 fps avf fps in Ac Valhalla and dell g 15 gives 65 fps Average on the same settings so yeah.. performance of dell is much better... u wont be disappointed by its performance thats for sure.

I have this laptop 1tb ssd and 16gb ram upgraded. Ye laptop lena life ka sabse best decision hua best build quality battery backup while programming 5 to 5.30 even though it's gaming laptop. Display is best in segment bhai dell hai even thermals are good my room temperatures are around 25 to 30. While ultra gaming 120hz temperatures are around 70 cpu and 60 gpu. Maza agaya proud to be in dell family.

If you wanted it for photography and not for gaming you spent too much money on it. And if you're really that much into photography I would suggest getting a dedicated monitor instead of using directly laptop screen.

@@rizwan1396 Games are not meant to be played on battery power. It is also not recommended to play games on battery power as it will deteriorate the battery and reduce it's life. The CPU & GPU need lots of power to play games like Shadow of tomb raider. So, it is not surprising that it only lasts one hour. You can perform media consumption and normal day to day tasks on battery. It should last 5-6 hours. Watch Jarrod's tech review and you can see the 3060 model only gave 2 hours backup. The 3050 model has 40% lesser battery. So your laptop has no problem.

The Asus tuf is out of stock for a long time now So is their a chance that , new laptops which would be coming now will have better display unlike the old one which had little fps & screen bleeding issue in most of them. (Cause they were cost cutting in display by using some old displays )
For gaming this is the best choice, but if you even do content creation for a hobby that screen will be a handicap. (From experience I used to use a dell 7567 1050ti 16 gb i7) the cooling and everything will be quiet, but if you game for very long hours definitely do it in an HVAC room. If you want to do content creation going for a NTSC of 72 is a minimum.

@@Just-Kimj I see 5-15 fps difference on the titles I play, so it is not huge, but it does kill battery faster and run hotter. You can test it by hooking a display to the HDMI port, it bypasses the IGPU. The 5515 (R5600), 5520 (I5 12400) and the 5525 (R6600) with 3050s all run at 95W according to Nvidia control panel
after bios update , it gives 6 hour battery on normal usage . And one thing more , the side port are not 2.0 its definetely 3.2 ( as mention in the pamphlet came with this ryzen model),i think another bios update will fix the speed.

Watching this from Dell G15 5515. Absolutely great machine. Can't emphasize enough on the build quality. I was about to buy Nitro 5 with same specs which 4k-5k cheaper. But the i decided to take a look at Dell and now i don't regret it.

While your review and comments are all positive, in my case, things turned out very negative. Purchased for 79k, after one year of usage, the laptop started showing several problems. Screen used to freeze, pixeleted at times, had to force stop and reboot again. Charger also kept stop transferring power at times. Showed to several technicians but none could fix it. Finally, sold it a week ago at 30,000 after using 1 year 8 months only. Was really disheartened. Keyboard also had issues, right touchpad click stopped working. What a poor experience I had. Ordered Victus Ryzen 5 at 62k yesterday from Flipkart, hopefully it will work fine.

I saw this laptop in offline stores and the build quality feels SOLID compared to the competition.
And it does is i have Dell Inspiron and it fell from my hand twice just a little damage near hinge but it is less compared to the fall.

@@rizwan1396 Games are not meant to be played on battery power. It is also not recommended to play games on battery power as it will deteriorate the battery and reduce it's life. The CPU & GPU need lots of power to play games like Shadow of tomb raider. So, it is not surprising that it only lasts one hour. You can perform media consumption and normal day to day tasks on battery. It should last 5-6 hours. Watch Jarrod's tech review and you can see the 3060 model only gave 2 hours backup. The 3050 model has 40% lesser battery. So your laptop has no problem.

So is their a chance that , new laptops which would be coming now will have better display unlike the old one which had little fps & screen bleeding issue in most of them.
(Cause they were cost cutting in display by using some old displays )
For gaming this is the best choice, but if you even do content creation for a hobby that screen will be a handicap. (From experience I used to use a dell 7567 1050ti 16 gb i7) the cooling and everything will be quiet, but if you game for very long hours definitely do it in an HVAC room. If you want to do content creation going for a NTSC of 72 is a minimum.

So to as me 4: 32min on 60hz , TH-cam playback at 1080p , fan ran up but till 35 to 50% for me 3 times in the test from 100% to 5% of battery at 56 brightness it's actual 280nits in-game or hdr for mine model or even some at 303 nits it's peak depends on model and yes the battery is upgradable because the size of 56whr 🔋 is same as 86whr but more thick

I see 5-15 fps difference on the titles I play, so it is not huge, but it does kill battery faster and run hotter. You can test it by hooking a display to the HDMI port, it bypasses the IGPU.
The 5515 (R5600), 5520 (I5 12400) and the 5525 (R6600) with 3050s all run at 95W according to Nvidia control panel
hp pavilion ryzen 7 5800h rtx 3050 vs this dell which i can prefer
after bios update , it gives 6 hour battery on normal usage .
And one thing more , the side port are not 2.0 its definetely 3.2 ( as mention in the pamphlet came with this ryzen model),i think another bios update will fix the speed.

Check device manager, all ports are 3.2, dunno why every reviewer saying it is 2.0, Dell stated it and I checked and tested.
Watching this from Dell G15 5515. Absolutely great machine. Can't emphasize enough on the build quality. I was about to buy Nitro 5 with same specs which 4k-5k cheaper. But the i decided to take a look at Dell and now i don't regret it.

While your review and comments are all positive, in my case, things turned out very negative. Purchased for 79k, after one year of usage, the laptop started showing several problems. Screen used to freeze, pixeleted at times, had to force stop and reboot again. Charger also kept stop transferring power at times. Showed to several technicians but none could fix it. Finally, sold it a week ago at 30,000 after using 1 year 8 months only. Was really disheartened. Keyboard also had issues, right touchpad click stopped working. What a poor experience I had.

Bro please battery test ke time Display ki Brightness NITS ke terms main kia karo instead of percentage (as every laptop has a different brightness display). Percentage se battery ka idea nahi lagta kyunki har display ka 50% different brightness ka hoga aur different battery consume karega.
By the way mai logo ko ye suggest Karunga ki 512gb SSD ke.saath na jayen. Mujhe pehle lagta tha enough hoga lekin jab use kiya, to pata chala bas 2-3 games mei khel khatam hai kyuki 477gb hi free aata hai usme, to aap logo ko C drive ke liye minimum 80gb to rakhna hi padega apne softwares ke liye aur agar Crack games download karoge to aur zyada space consume hoga. Maine fitgirl se RDR2 kiya download, 183gb space kha gaya pura 😭😭. Mujhe hatana pada fir. Gta V likha aata hai website pe ki 100gb lega lekin 110-120 tak chala jata hai vo bhi.
