- David Laroche is interviewing Lisa Nichols a Speaker and an Author. For Lisa there is no matter of gender nor culture needed to succeed in what you are doing. All you have to do is think about yourself, believe in yourself without even thinking about the others. It's not about the world, it's not about the others, it's all about you and only yourself. What makes us perfect is our imperfection. You don't need to get to perfection, you just need to manage your imperfections. You need to learn how to give more importance to yourself without being selfish.
I have so much in common with Lisa and she is my inspiration. Lisa is what made me write my three books and now i am training to become a transformational speaker, I get this lady. Lisa shines brighter than gold embedded with light. Lisa is my role model, love her to the moon and back
Hahaha I'm a Black woman from South Africa and I just love Lisa! I also think David asked good and honest questions. He wanted to know whatever he wanted to know and Lisa gave honest answers. to me this is a great Interview. Nice accent David!
Being black is not a disadvantage David and also you introducing her as a Black African woman is not needed. She is a woman - a highly successful woman.

some seemed to have been offended by his questions during the interview and that is understood because of our past and what we have had to deal with as both women of color and being a woman. However, I stand, sit and listen with my chest out and headed lifted high because she handle every question with dignity, respect and profound truth. So I encourage others to be proud to witness this human being change lives for the better unapologetically!!!!!

This is my second time watching this. It was interesting how he introduced her and his 1st question. I honor you Lisa for the way you represented all people without apologizing!!!! YES YES!!!!

That was so effective in helping to identify the behaviour of an unhappy lifestyle as I know some people who are unhappy (including myself at times) find it hard to grasp the concepts of a happy lifestyle. The interview was great and I love that I stayed through it and really experienced the words she was saying, even when they cut a little bit.
