On top under the bang & olufsen logo you see 4 leds in the top Center. On my device these leds are always orange. Any idea what this means?

What happened to the BeoSound Moment wireless Music System? I am interested in a B&O multi room system but keen to control and select all sound sources including radio from ONE interface rather than mobile phone/pc or iPad. The Moment seemed to be the answer but I understand it became unavailable from 2018 - your comments would be welcome. If I can't do this I will look at B&W or maybe Naim Mu-so
Yes, Beosound Moment went out of production but it is still a great system to purchase pre-owned. Newer systems generally allow you to use a smart phone or tablet for control, but that doesn't have to be an issue - why not keep a separate iPad for music, without any social media apps or other distractions?

The battery cover plate you removed is made out of plastic or metal?
The little noise while putting it back sounds like metal but i'm not sure.
I will move around with the speaker and knowing that those inside parts are metal would be reassuring..

Hi, sorry I don't have the speaker with me at the moment to check but the cover plate is securely mounted and well made so that it doesn't move or make any noise when fitted.

Hi, If the battery doesn’t hold charge anymore, can you still play it by just plugging it all the time?
Hi, good question! I haven't tried this, but my guess is that it should work without a battery when plugged into the mains power. However, the best option is to replace the battery when it does eventually wear out, as this is quick and simple to do.
Where to get spare batteries!?
Always from a B&O store, that way you get a genuine part. Never buy B&O batteries from online marketplaces, as you cannot be sure of the quality

Thanks, yes I’m waiting for the update to roll out to my speakers, then I will be looking at buying a second Emerge first to try out the stereo pairing!
The speaker looks much better without the grill.
It also looks good with the wood grille on the aluminium frame 👍🏻
