Kevin Furey, for me, I would have to be the Deleted scenes, the games (if they have them), (and for Disney & Pixar DVD special features) the Pixar shorts.

The bonus features on disc 2 were awesome and fun, unlike the features on disc 1 (they were nothing special, despite the visual commentary).
