@@YourKnowledgeBuddy you are welcome. I love watching your videos. I am a Risk Management Consultant in the Insurance industry, and will be working in the same field in the UK.
I always dreamed of moving to Australia (am from the UK originally) but had no hope in hell of making the crazyily high points requirement for offshore applicants. I'd wasted quite a lot of money and time on English tests (even though I'm British, I still needed the points so had to do the test...), skill assessments etc. All of this was a complete waste of time since the rules kept changing and the points requirement kept going up and up. I reached out to lots of people in Australia, started building a professional network etc. and eventually found someone who agreed to support me for an application for the global talent visa. This was successful and I was granted full permanent residency in 3 weeks, during covid and whilst overseas. After getting permanent residency I could apply for jobs (since I had work rights) and ended up with a great position in Sydney. Being proactive cannot be understated. Of course, you have to have something to offer (i.e. skills etc.) but there's nothing to stop you having a go. Good luck!

He asked my cv, pp copy and photo scanned copy and a 30 seconds video self presentation. He is talking to pay embassy visa fee on e i get the offer letter and done with the medical.. so is this good. I would be getting a phone call from an employer in 24 hours. So please advise if this is good to go. Waiting for your response ASAP. Thank you
