It goes from Marsh into Humans. He is comparing himself to Covid the whole song. So when he spits he is passing the virus. Plus his rhyme schemes are not of this World so its a play on from Martians to Humans. Eminem really should do a TED lecture on how he writes. His understanding of vocabulary can't be taught you can only try to understand it and appreciate it but I would love a view into that mindset.
