He just referenced morphine and when endorphins are released in your body, it reduces your perception of pain and the feeling is always compared to morphine. In the "I'm so fucking dope... and you're a fiend" line, I think the way he's pronouncing "and you're a fiend" is definitely endorphin. He just referenced morphine and when endorphins are released in your body, it reduces your perception of pain and the feeling is always compared to morphine. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like he's even going out of his way to pronounce it that way.
