Meaning that Mark is a (kind of) protagonist, although this was already known in Vol. 1 since we see glitches in the call, and when Mrs. Torres (Yes, I'm calling her that) screams "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!", Cesar's face distorts to inhuman levels, showing the alternate's true form.
