Terrible. Do NOT use Supliful unless you want to deal with complaints and refunds. They say they ship in 2-5 days unless it's the first time printing your label which could take longer (It takes 2-3 weeks at best), but the normal shipping to your customers also takes 2-3 weeks. Absolute trash.
Thanks for that. I tried dropshipping through shopify and had the same problem with shipping and suppliers. Who wants to buy something online that takes nearly a month to arrive?
Hello, they do have a plan fee, if you choose the free plan only the main product will not display their watermark, but if you want all mockups without watermark you have to purchase the $49 per month plan.
Horrible messy support who missed important details, late (and very expensive!) shipping that caused me a 40% late shipping rate on Amazon - a complete waste of time and money! Avoid by all means.
