I'm trying to record a female vocal in abelton and I'm getting awfully tunnel effect when in or auto is engaged. I can only use off mode but I cant use any compression or effects in off and it sounds crap and my vocalist is losing interest. Anyones help welcome. I've tried reducing buffer size, doesn't help.
@@BeatAcademy i know the difference between the sound of a sampled crowd and the effect of a vocoded vocal, you are not the only producer on TH-cam, my music is playing in clubs since 1997!

Lack of motivation tbh. Over-doing it I think. Although listening to my fav album (Free 6lack) brings me out of that funk lol

The beat in the beginning is the real one without the vocals, i can hear a trace of Kylie vocoded vocals!
i cant? you might be hearing it like when you can hear voices in a mp3 to midi file, its an auditory illusion
I think that's the television crowd ambient that he sampled at the very last minute in the video. watch till the end
yea I do have a crowd sample looping in the background which gives it that effect
