The best exercise I’ve ever done although I’m not perfect at it yet. What would be the duration of the exercise? I practice many times a week. I’m not a great but I’m working hard at improving. Thanks Robert
Hi Robert, I would normally practice each section of the exercise for about 10 to 15 minutes, building up to the next section and probably give the whole exercise about an hour, making sure to practice off both shoulders
