It really is. It can be absolutely exhausting and oftentimes frustrating, but I truly love it!

You’re actually so crazy for how much work you put into making this vlog on top of all the work you did while filming it. Constant inspiration, tbh.

Ahh thank you! I work with two *amazing* editors who help so much. They've both worked with me now for nearly 2 years, so they really know my voice and going back and forth with edits is always a joy. Sometimes the crazy ideas are mine, and sometimes they're theirs! When I first committed to TH-cam, I knew I wouldn't have the capacity to edit on my own and keep it up, so I'm *so* glad and *so* grateful.

Wait, did we all buy the same robot vacuum on black Friday? 🤣

I've never had a unique experience in my life 😅 I'd been thinking about it forever and finally bit the bullet. It is...sometimes a very stupid robot, but overall amazing investment, right?!

So fun to follow your world! I hope "Maybe Happy Ending" will last a long time so I can see it! I can't afford to fly from Oregon to NYC often and I just came back so maybe I will see it on my next trip!! I took photos and videos of the theatre and the posters hoping I will be there someday in the future. NOW the most exciting thing from this video for me is that you are working on RIDE!! I have been obsessed with this since Mickey Jo reviewed it when it opened in London! I have seen the proshot with Liv Andrusier more than 10 times. I was excited it was coming to the US (though Liv told me she couldn't come due to union restrictions) at the Globe but I couldn't make it. Is it coming to Broadway?? Please say yes!!

Oh my gosh! I love all of this. And yes you musssst see Maybe Happy Ending. There's truly nothing else like it. And I hear ruuuuumblings of Ride's statside return. Watch this space :)

What a week!! I love Ryan McCartan-I'm SO GLAD he is the next "Gatsby". I did not like the movie version of "Wicked"--and I think I'm the ONLY person who did not like it. I thoroughly enjoyed "WICKED: THE BROADWAY MUSICAL", however. Blessings to you and your dog.

Thank you! Okay that's amazing actually--I LIKED but did not absolutely fawn over Wicked the way everyone else is. I was underwhelmed by the choreo, which was a bummer because i LOVED Christopher Scott's choreo on In the Heights. I thought Ariana was good and Cynthia was GREAT. But oftentimes when my sentiments aren't as (feral?) as everyone else's I feel nuts, so I appreciate the validation :)

@@itskatharinequinn : I did like Cynthia & Ariana in the movie. They were excellently cast. Everything else in the movie, well, I didn't like very much at all. I'm a Broadway/theatre person; first and foremost. The last stage to screen musical adaptation I enjoyed was "CHICAGO"-- way back in 2005? MY favorite stage to screen adaptation remains "THE SOUND OF MUSIC"-- from 60 years ago. Hey, Julie Andrews is Queen! I'm actually staying home for a while with a new dog (my dog Miss Emily, who was with me 11 years, passed away in November), and I love seeing your dog in your videos. Blessings to you.

What were your thoughts on Tammy Faye? The producers massively screwed that show. Not a single offer or deal to be had in previews, no incentives to get people in, and they had zero advance when they opened. Yes the show got pretty bad reviews, but not everyone hated it. I thought they would have at least stayed open during the holidays. I guess Elton had already lost enough money on the show.

It's such a shame--so so many talented people in that company. Honestly, my first question as someone who was raised in an Evangelical household was: why are British people adapting this niche cultural deeply American story? We can be storytellers and writers and actors, but that is a HIGHLY specific culture and I couldn't tell what tone they were approaching it with--was it earnest? was it camp? was it judgmental? was it forgiving? But always sad when folks lose jobs.

@@itskatharinequinn Definitely a split personality of a show. I thought the staging was interesting.

Seeing Maybe Happy Ending on Friday. Can’t wait.
What did you think of Tammy Faye? The timing for opening that show was epically bad!
    No comments on Wicked???

Ah! I just wrote about Tammy Faye in the comment above :) And Wicked a couple higher than that! I'll say it's a *fairly* safe assumption that if I don't talk about a show after experiencing it, it's not a rave from me.
