    When I consume carbohydrates, sugar, sweeteners etc., I feel groggy, tired, low-energy; I don't sleep well; I gain weight, I get inflammation etc.. When I eat only meat and eggs etc., then I have more energy, I sleep better (no snoring, no sleep apnea, no stuffy nose etc.), I lose weight, my teeth always feel clean, I have no inflammation... pretty much better in all ways.
    I think, the same could probably be achieved with a whole-foods diet, or vegetarian etc.. All of the processed foods, sugars, additives and so forth that are put into food these days is really, really not healthy for us.

      @NSAKEY I think meat is a good shortcut and easy way to get the most nutrients. I'm sure vegetarian can match it but requires more work. I need the meat but I made an oath. Interestingly enough I made a video coming later in the week 😅.
      I agree, something about the processed food. The health can really pay for the sake of convenience and taste.
