the only reason why my 1rst footplate got damaged was because of the medical supply company i baught it from really had no fricken clue what in the world they were doing and installed it wrong, needless to say I had a bent foitplate wtc. I contacted FreeWheel and they sent me all new parts to reattach it to my new chair since the perch and rack pins all fell off.
I definitely need one of these

anyone else had a problem with broken footplates because of freewheel use.I love my freewheel but cant afford to keep changing footplates
