2009 Video: Schindler/Westinghouse Hydraulic Scenic Elevator At (fmrly Westfield) Meriden Mall

Update 6/6/2020: On June 5th, 2020, the mall was sold to another company, thus, dropping the Westfield name. The mall is now called Meriden Mall (too bad they didn't go back to "Meriden Square," but hey, I'll take it). I'm leaving Westfield in the title, as that was the owner of the mall when this video was made.
Yeah....this video ain't the greatest, obviously it was from when I was much younger. I have made a few newer vids of this thing since then. Check them out...otherwise, enjoy this one.
UPDATE 9/13/13: This is a Schindler/Westinghouse, a mixture of Westinghouse and Schindler. Find out why on my newest video of this elevator.
UPDATE 10/22/12: According to another user (shsav2012), this elevator is undergoing a modernization. From what I'm aware, it's going to be an OTIS.

300 videos already????!!!! It was only about 3 months ago since I made 200.
About the video:
Riding the kinda bouncy Schindler scenic elevator at Westfield Meriden. Interestingly enough, this was added during an initial renovation to the mall when it was still known as the Meriden Square. Why must you ask? There were originally people movers that were replaced by this and the conventional escalators. Gosh, it would have been an interesting video if the people movers were still there, but then again, I got interested in elevators by riding and looking at this one along with the Montgomery elevator at the Sears. I guess it would have been special to have this as my 300th video
